Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Highland Charter Township

I live about 5 mins away so we visit A LOT, but NO longer can I support this small local business... I've been soooo forgiving and nice but when I pay extra or need something made a certain way it's ALWAYS wrong, missing items. EVERY ORDER, EVERYTIME. Why offer to modify your order when they don't ever check.... Just this week 2 days ago I paid extra for pepperoni, didn't receive it. Today, I bought a pizzolli, soda and two salads, Paid extra for Red Onion in ONE. When my boyfriend got there he noticed of course no red onion so then they put red onion in both salads. My boyfriend told him to because he had no idea either... But if they would have just looked at the order...cuz I definitely didn't want that. Then they forgot the shaved parmesan cheese which is like the best part of a caesar salad lol. And we had to get our own soda cause it ALSOO wasn't with the order, they had no idea! I'm sure plenty people get free soda this way allllllll the time. I've worked customer service so I get mistakes happen we are not perfect.... At this point It's like nobody cares to work there or or at least check if there's ANY type of modification...

Zero ! If I could worst customer service evvvvvver ! I ordered and know it was a Friday I knew it would be later but what we got was way worse it we got 2 pizzas with ranch dumped in the middle of the pizza , didn’t even get our cheese bread , and the wings we ordered were completely wrong ! If I were you find another place to order from ! Because when I called to try and describe what happened they hung up on me and gave me attitude completely the whole time when I asked for the manager they said just Todd works there. My husband took the pizza back up There and we asked for it to be remade but instead of remaking it they told us it would be another hour !!! Because other people were in front of us . As if we didn’t already wait an hour when the wait time was only 30 min and they wouldn’t accommodate us at all ! Please don’t order from this store because it was the world’s worst experience I have ever had . I understood they were busy but the complete disrespect and attitude I and my husband got was awful ! Worst service and customer service ever ! If anyone knows the owner you might want to let him know how his business is...

It was the first time ever this Pizza place. This store specifically decided to screw up the order that I ordered. I told him I wanted a deluxe kelzone, what's extra green pepper and extra onion, and then I told him i wanted a medium Pizza with extra Mushroom and pepperoni. He asked if I wanted extra pepperoni, I said, no, and then come to find out with my calzone I didn't get no me at all and then with my woman's pizza, she didn't get no pepperoni.So if they tried to save for a second that we got what we ordered. We didn't, they screwed us up and screwed us over. So make sure that you check your order multiple times before you even get it. Because if they screw it up, it does say that you lied when you didn't. Their phone calls are recorded. They know what you got. I didn't. I said, no one double pepperoni.
