Was very upset and disappointed in the service. My family received gross disrespect by the young staff at this location. Upon entering this location, no greeting had accrued, the only table (in the section open at that time) that could take us (5 people) was dirty. We had to clean it off ourselves. Both of these are understandable. However, after several attempts to get a server over a span of close to 15 minutes we were continually ignored. I don't know if they didn't want to serve us because of race or what but I personally had to go up to the production worker and inform them of the lack of attention. Upon such, we had a gentleman the only one willing to help throughout the night attending to our needs. "AJ" was the young man's name and was more than willing to help us out. Understanding that he is not a normal server, we gave him the benefit of the doubt on several mistakes throughout the process. There were several problems with "AJ" however he was quite busy with production so I understand. After the meal, I proceeded to go the bar and ask "AJ" if he was the manager because he was the only one to actually take care of us. I informed them that I was to come back and discuss this with their General Manager. This triggered an onslaught of laughter and comments by fellow employees. Which I felt was beyond unprofessional. This skyline did not model that of the Skyline image. After working for over 5 years as a manager of a Skyline I understand what is required as an employee. This was disheartening to see this skyline taint the name of Skyline. Purely disgusted. Might I add the manager was in the back the entire night, no contact what so ever. This is why I dislike franchise stores, they stray too far from the image Skyline...
Read moreI went in to skyline on my lunch break to order a three way with beans and extra chilli extra crackers, I've had no problems with this being done in the passed. The cashier did not give me a receipt, my order came to 7 dollars and some change. I went to eat my food there wasn't even enough chilli to begin with let alone extra and I also only got one pack of crackers. So I called and asked for a manager and told him I didn't get extra chilli on my noodles and he tried to wave me off saying he was going to check the register to see if I was charged for it and that they only put extra chilli in a side cup. I work right next door so I've been in frequently or sent co workers to get food and not once was there a problem but this manger got a complete attitude and told me I wasn't charged for it so it's my fault. I told him I asked for it, and nobody mentioned that it was going to be a up charge or that it's supposed to come in a side cup. I've had other issues with them before that's why I send co workers to pick up my food. But they are completely rude disrespectful and unorganized and I will never spend my money in there again. And the man I spoke with said he was the owner and his whole approach was disgusting and disrespectful. Cutting me off while I was talking telling me to shut up. Completely rude. So I hung up and made this review. I hate...
Read moreI will begin by acknowledging that I've never received poor service here. Frequently slow, but nothing out of the ordinary for the franchise. The order sizes at this location, however, are consistently smaller.
Today, I stopped by the Highland Heights location to get funnel cake fries after remembering that Skyline offers them. I also wanted to get some extreme cheese to use on a dish I was making at home.
I was not surprised at the price point of 7.29 for my order until I opened the bag. I received exactly 12 fries and a small bag of hot cheese (not even enough for one serving). At that price, this is unacceptable.
I am greatly disappointed in Skyline's unnecessary price hikes. You can make the dishes offered here for far less than half the price at home. Very few restaurants upcharge at the percentage of...
