Brian's Super Burger — Restaurant in Highland

My brother and I went to Brian's Burgers on baseline and sterling tonight and bought about $20 worth of food. We go home and realized they gave us the wrong order. I am now sitting in the parking lot waiting for the police to arrive because they refused to give me the correct order and basically shut the drive thru window in my face and told me to leave. On top of that the owner came out and started hitting my car because I won't leave. I am not asking for a refund all I want is the right order but this is the type of customer service that i am receiving. I will not come here again and I urge you all not to come back to a place like this where they don't even value their customers let alone good...

This place is just a hassle. The drive-thru speaker and mic, cut off a lot and I had to keep repeating my order a couple times. However when I did receive my order it was correct and the food was kinda good actually. Second time I came here I decided to go inside instead, to avoid the hassle of ordering through the janky drive thru. However this time my order was missing a few things (we were the only customer's there at the moment) so I went to counter and waited till two of the employee's stopped arguing with each other to tell em what was missing. If therebwas no stars that wat i would of gave them Lets start off my hamburger was burnt my fries were not done all the way tryed to send it back to exchange it they woukdnt take it back my wife ordered the chilli cheese fries it was nasty tryed to send it back they didnt take it.. So the owner that was Chinese came out to ask me how everything was and i told him the order was all messed up and nasty and i told him the cook and the cashier was grabbing all the food with no gloves he told me they dont have to wear anything so he got mad and called the cops and told them i was being rude and starting trouble all i was trying to do was be honest so wouldnt recommend this place...
