I went to this restaurant about a week ago to take my 2 orders, but the restaurant was closed because it was under repair and maintenance. How can a closed restaurant take and accept orders? How can it make its drivers and customers aggrieved? This is a mistake. They went there in 15/20 minutes for free, there would be no such establishment… and two days ago I went to take the order again, okay, they gave my order, after waiting, the new order and the online order are already waiting in the same order. They said, I have processed plastic bags, they said no, I say, how can I take it, I say, there are two places in the car, I say, it's not my problem, and they closed the window in my face, are they working in this restaurant unintentionally, or are they not taking my money, or are they giving this food for free, it's not understandable. • Yesterday, I went to this restaurant in 17 minutes. They made me wait in line for 15 minutes. Then they said, "Your order is not in the system." I said, "It is active on my phone." When I asked "How could it not be?", four of the employees there are not in the system. What can we do? If it is not in the system, why don't you update it until the customer gets there? And also, after 35 minutes, they do not update it. OK, I say do it according to the menu on my phone, they say it's not possible, it's not in the system. This is such a disgraceful place, it happened 4 times, it happened in the same restaurant, I know the real issue because it was supposed to close at three, I went at 2:30, they do their best not to do it, they definitely make up an excuse for the customer. I wonder if the dental authorities are doing full checks on the customers, let them go to those restaurants as customers, especially on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, let's see what they will encounter. Disgracing the customer with the customer's money is not considered a violation of customer rights. This is disrespect. Some people run away when they see a customer. Delete the restaurants like that in places, let them be an example, when you enter the door, the package is ready in 1 minute because they follow the system and prepare it according to how many minutes the driver or customer will arrive. When we finally got to order, I specifically asked if they frosties. She said yes. I asked if they had chocolate. She said yes. Cool, I proceeded with my order. I asked what comes on the chicken blt biggie bag. She tells me. I said NO TOMATOES. IM ALLERGIC. PLEASE NO TOMATOES!!..My bf says no onions as well(I'm allergic) but says it doesn't come with it ok cool. Get to the window to pay. She says after we handed her the cash, oh we don't have chocolate, only vanilla frosty. Smh but I asked that before we even ordered bc I would've left then instead waiting in the long line. My bf tells her nevermind she doesn't want the frosty now. She hands us the change and my food. I get all the way home which is 45mins away only to bite into my sandwich. I had swallowed the first bite. Went for a second and i smell tomatoes. I open the sandwich up and there's a tomatoe on the sandwich. IM ALLERGIC!!! I then realize a chunk is out the tomatoe which means I swallowed that piece already. I'm pissed. Bc my life is now in danger. My face and throat starts itching and within 5mins I'm fully broke out in hives!! I work in the food industry and take allergies very serious. It doesn't take much to ensure a specific item is correct before wrapping it up and handing it to the customer. My bf couldn't even call the restaurant bc he realized they never gave us our receipt when he told her I didn't want the frosty anymore. She just gave the change. I had to spend hours doped on meds until my body calmed down enough for me to sleep bc of their negligence.

Read moreThis place is just one of the worst Wendy's I know of in the DMV. The food is surprisingly good. I say that because the staff is just horrific 😢 😔. But obviously upper management don't care. I'm sure this aint the first complaint and It's not like they don't have access to video's and can see what is taking place. And if anything you would think staff would be happier now that they lobby not open now a days so why the extra attitude when you only have to worry about the drive thru and get to go and come as you want and meet your friends in the back door that is supposed to stay shut after dark Unless its a planned delivery or your taking out the trash at which point door still stays shut and someone is supposed to be watching for safety reasons. This probably why they been robbed a couple times in the past. Not to mention the fights that have taken place there. One night I swear there was no one in the line just 1 car at the window where u get ur food. I waited for ever the thing where they speak to you even tho I seen the staff sitting there in the lobby and on the counter head set on and everything and mind u its like 10 pm so I pull up thinking maybe it's not working or the batteries are dead the car still there im waiting eventually someone comes and is yelling the car infront of me talking about y are u making a big deal your nothing but doordash uber eats guy get a real job I mean they was going hard at this guy and I felt bad cuz im a doordash guy too but that night I was just there to eat.
