Visited Iverson mall location on 11/3 @ 6 pm. My encounter with first employee was outstanding!! Cashier was young and you can tell that this was her first job. I purchased two bowls and asked for 6 salad dressings. She said that I can only have two per bowl. I asked to purchase 2 additional and she told me that I can’t. I asked was that a new policy and she said “whaaat you could never purchase extra”. I asked to speak with manager and she came back with disrespectful eye rolling and body language saying ‘I’m gonna give you another but my manager said we don’t do that”! I asked to speak with management and he looked me right in my face and took approximately 10 mins to come and greet me with his mask down!!! I asked if the workers supposed to wear mask? He said “we are wearing mask “. I said PROPERLY wearing mask? He said if you’re fully vaccinated then you do t have to wear one. After that remark, I decided to walk away because nothing was going to get resolved. I then contacted corporate. I believe that consistent customer service and management refresher courses should be done periodically! Read moreYesterday 10/19/24 around 3pm I decided to give you guys a try for the first time along with my husband, he has autism and he doesn’t really know the menu so I was trying to give him some time to look at the ingredients to see what he wanted in his bowl. I was rush by the extremely rude light skin boy making food. Constantly rushing us before we could say the next thing saying “what else, what else” even rolled his eyes @ us one point. At the end I even asked him before he closed my bowl if I can have extra cheese then he proceeds to close the bowl & say he’ll give it to us on the side. My husband wanted it on the bowl but the lady @ the register said once they close the bowl, they can’t open it again. He then took 10 mins to even give us the cheese and didn’t even announce that he had made it, he just left it on the counter. If this is how your employees treat disabled people giving how less aware they are than the rest of us, it doesn’t matter how good your food is I wouldn’t take anything else...

Today 5/17 I order chipotle from the app I don’t know why I expected anything less I got a steak bowl with extra sour cream and all the normal toppings I get in my bowl. My food get delivered to my home I open the bag and the bowl why there was only a dab of sour cream and not only that my food was cold at that once again!!! can’t wait to go back to the suburban part of MD because this is not it at all! especially how much food cost now these days you want to be stingy on giving me extra sour cream why have the app for it if you not going to grant the customer...
