Hill Seafood & Crab Inc. — Restaurant in Maryland

Usually I have a good experience with Hills aside from them being super late with orders that you call in way ahead of time. Today I specifically called and ask for MALE crabs. They said that they had Extra Large MALES for $50. I live all the way in Herndon, VA. So when I got home with my MALE crabs, I was excited. When I opened that bag all I see is a bag full of FEMALE crabs. So I called Hills to let them know the mistake they made. All I got was, "I said females when you called. There was a miscommunication." Which is the last thing I wanted to hear. I explained that I would never ask for female crabs and that I repeatedly said MALE crabs. At the end of the conversation, he painted the picture as if i made the mistake and heard him wrong. As of today, I am no longer a customer of Hills Seafood. HILLS, YOU GOTTA...

Been coming here for years but the disrespect to the black community who has been support them is outrageous. I went in the restaurant and it’s was no prices on the menu how can we in this community budget like this? If this was a white community it would have not be even a thought to present its customers with a price-list. I am super disgusted with my order. First I noticed that I only received 2 pieces of fish instead of three. Then I found a long piece of black hair in my food 🤢. I use to enjoy this place but now I’m really dissatisfied and disappointed. I also have noticed that they do not wear hairnets when dealing with food. And they take smoke breaks then walk right back to the food. I’ll never spend a dime here again. What a waste...
