Me and my workout buddy were searching for a non-local restaurant. We picked this place about 30 minutes away from home since it was a 4.2 star. As we approached the door, the first impression was this place has steel bars over all of their windows. Immediately I thought to myself, If there is a riot between the police and gangs outside, we will be totally protected inside. As I reached to open the door, I realized that the owner has to buzz you in to allow access to the restaurant. Again, I thought to myself, this place is so safe as I know for sure she isn’t about to buzz anyone wearing a sock over their head holding a gun… Upon entering, the first thing I noticed was a sign that said “please turn lights off when not in use.” Immediately I thought to myself, this restaurant is not only safe, but they also support conserving energy and protecting the environment.
We ordered our food and proceeded to have a seat. I’m not exaggerating or anything , our meal was prepared in under 5 minutes. At our table were the most gorgeous Christmas flowers. I noticed that the owners overwater their plants which immediately struck made me believe this place is all about “More is better!”
During the short 30 minutes we spent eating, approx. 75 customers entered the establishment. Roughly 20 customers called the short Asian lady behind the counter Momma. Immediately I thought to myself, man not only does the owner have a great establishment but lord she birthed a lot of children too.
The food was a 4.8. The service was a 4.9 (because I had to ask for ketchup). I give the atmosphere 5. Cleanliness was a 4.6 (the owners provide hand sanitizer to all customers)

Read moreI went here this morning for the first time because I wanted something different from McDonald's or 7-11, so I order a BLT and waited. The place quickly filled up with people behind me, one guy came in with a small bag stating that he was given a BLT when he ordered it with Turkey Bacon so of course this prompted me to pay CLOSER attention to the cooks...so the owner took the sandwich and passed it to the cook who took the sandwich out of the brown paper bag, and placed it in a bin (still wrapped) that contained stacks of bread for about 2 seconds then processed to pick the sandwich back up out of the bin, place the sandwich on the counter snatches the bacon off the sandwich and places the bacon back on the grill and balls up the bread and wrapping as if to dispose of them. I didn't stay to confirm disposal because I ordered a BLT so of course I turned and walked right the hell out of there....
Read moreThe food was ok...it was messy. On the steak n cheese I got..not sure there was any cheese on it. There was more lettuce and tomatoes on top of my sandwich versus in it. The sandwhich really didn't have much flavor. I mean it tasted like meat, that was about it though...it definitely wasn't cooked with any onion or peppers. I got no marinara sauce with my mozzarella sticks...who doesn't give marinara with mozzarella sticks? They were at least crispy, so that much was great. Would I eat here again? Maybe in a pinch if I was nearby and nothing else was open. Certainly nothing that would make you say "wow this is amazing, I have to eat...
