Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Hillsboro

First off I love my cold stone. I like that I can go to cold stone and create my own personal ice cream. Thats why I will happily pay a few more dollars to get what I want. However,this location decided to limit my creative choices to only 2 different flavors in a serving. Whats the point of paying the extra cash if you dont come out with what u want? I have been to many different cold stones and have always got my 3 choices of ice cream and toppings which I will not reveal because it is so good I dont want anyone to steal it. But at this location I was told the owner does not want them to serve more then 2 kinds of ice creams. There has to be some kind of cold stone law against money hungry owners like this. Do yourself a favor cold stone fans and go to another location. A location where they actually meet colds stones model of creating your own favorite ice cream. For the amount of teenagers that are giving up their seasons, good for you! Keep going. The issues that you all cannot control (because it’s up to the owner/s and manager.) are not for you to stress about. Smile, even at the rudest customers because apparently from these reviews people need validation while getting even a kids cone. They forget how it is to be a teenager and not have the support you need at your employer.. or maybe some never struggled.. they had everything served for them, so they expect it from you too. This place needs a little bit more credit being that half you come in rude, demanding they serve you after hours. Closing is closing but y’all want a happy face at 10 p.m. half of y’all can’t even wake up happy with out coffee.

The owner or manager should fire all of the employees and start over fresh. I love Cold Stone ice cream, but I will never return to this location.

Employees are clearly uninterested and do not care about customers or their jobs. There is no sign of work ethic, cleanliness or customer service in this building.

I have never seen a more disgusting toilet before. It was literally moldy, indicating it has not been cleaned in months. The smell was horrific. Seeing the bathroom in this shape shows me that the staff couldn’t care less. It makes me seriously question how sanitary the rest of the restaurant is.
