Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Now the store has decided that they will not deliver any items that are on special or any discount to us. They will deliver them if we pay regular full price though! This is blatant scam and fraud. Maybe the state attorney General can be encouraged to look into this!!!

We used to get items from them at least twice a week. No longer going to get anything from them. We have 7 pizza places in our small town. And we will broadcast this to any and all so they don't waste their time and money.

They have been delivering to us for many many years even though we are 1 road outside the "delivery area".

Got 2 ham and cheese subs. They only had 2 slices of ham and 1slice of cheese. The sub was so over cooked that the sub ends were unedible. It was burned on the buns and very visible to the casual observer! So why didn't they see and smell it and remake it right instead of sending out burned and barely loaded sub!!!???

got a Philly cheese steak pizza. It had 4" of crust and less than 9" of filling. This was a large pan pizza! I included pictures with tape measure to prove this. This is the 4th pizza we have gotten like this. It started when they recently got new management. Yes they credited us a pizza but it doesn't help right now and it is not being fixed. First off I tried to call 13 times and no one could manage to simply answer the phone. Secondly when I got there to pick up my order, witch was 15 minutes AFTER it was "ready", the staff was rude and had the whole kitchen area in an absolute wreck. After for being there for 10 min someone finally asked me what my order was and they said it wasnt ready so I proceeded to wait. While I waited I observed a few things. There was a few standing around and talking (on company time). One girl was bare handed picking through all the toppings and putting them back to be reused. Thought that was a heath code. Hmm guess not? I finally got my food after being there for 45 minutes. The best part you ask? The whole time I was there the phones where ringing while all the "employees" where standing around complaining about the phone ringing. Not a single one answered the phone. Now and finally the funny part. My order was ready the whole time but since all the useless people working there cant do there job they "didnt see it". Dominos in Hillsboro Ohio is an absolute pathetic joke that should have all the employees fired and hire people that can actually do their job. This location is usually pretty good. Out of the last year, I can recall only a couple of times when either the order was made wrong or they didn't have a menu item available. Friendly staff and management.

I have to point out that I have worked in and managed a pizza place in the past. I understand the stresses and frustrations from team members up to leadership. However, when a team member (delivery driver) uses profanity and always a negative demeanor whenever I'm in the store or if my family dines in. That is just not the sort of language young children should hear or the negative vibes from one employee.

Vanessa (cook, team lead, I think) is great. She's always smiley and polite when I come inside. Even though I know when she's stressed, she does stay professional. That driver, not sure what his "issues" are but he needs to be given a time when the store is closed so that he can vent about the schedule, lazy coworkers, customers, the list is endless.
