I waited a whole 24 hours to make sure I wanted to leave this review. But it still bugged me the next day so I thought I would. Yesterday, my family and I decided to go this location, Iâve been going to insomnia since 2011 and went to the Baseline location all the time. So I was so excited to have a location 5 minutes away. It was really busy and that didnât bother us. But the girl who was taking our order, dark hair, pony tail, we were there around 10:30am-10:40am. There was no âhi, how are you?/How are you guys?â Just stared at us until we started awkwardly telling her our order. You can tell she was already annoyed with us and I understand that it was busy but if you work at a coffee shop thatâs been around forever, thatâs expected for a Saturday morning. (Also, coming from a person who worked as a barista for 5 years). She asked us if we wanted our order to-go or for here? And we said for here. Once our order was ready they had them in to-go boxes which was odd to me because is we wanted to sit down and enjoy our morning together. But overall, it was okay. I was really disappointed in the customer service and enough to probably not go to this location again. The drinks were great. But I feel like that food I ordered didnât have the things that was supposed to be on them like as simple as butter. At this point I didnât even ask for anything because it seemed like they just wanted us to leave. Again, that may have not been their perspective thatâs how it felt...

So glad I checked this place out. It's in the new Reeds Crossing area, which is really nice and has plenty of parking (which is a huge plus). Walking in, the first thing you notice is all the light from those huge windows. The vibe is super cool and cozyâthey've got these vintage-looking chairs and sofas, a few simple chandeliers, and my favorite touch: coffee bags from different countries hanging from the ceiling. It just works. I even saw a table with a built-in chessboard, which I thought was a nice touch. I grabbed an Aztec mocha and a pastry, and the mocha was honestly delicious. The chocolate was rich without being too sweet, just perfect. This is the kind of place you can just post up for a few hours to work or catch up with a friend. The atmosphere is great, and the staff was really friendly. Definitely my new go-to...
