Please...for customers who want Long John Silvers food (this is a shared Taco Bell) put a BIG sign letting them know they have to come inside to order BEFORE you get to the drive thru (we got stuck in the drive thru because we did not know you had to order LJS inside only, and 2 cars came in behind us) so, we waited in the drive thru, about 5 minutes, then we pulled around to go inside to order, when inside there were about 5 employees, having a great time, I am all for having fun at work however you need to attend to your customers asap. our total time waiting for our food and sitting in the drive thur, 25 minutes, that is a LONG time for fast food. Now, the food was AMAZING, hot and yummy just need a sense of urgency for your customers, fish, fries, chicken take 3 to 6 minutes to cook. Staff was nice just needs to focus on that delievery...

This is a combo Long John's/Taco Bell location, but for unknown reasons, they don't want you to order Long John's items from the drive-thru; you're supposed to do that inside. (But there aren't any signs indicating that fact! You get to learn it from the extremely rude and unprofessional staff once you reach the cashier's window.) I was hungry for some fish and chicken; I didn't know I would have to be chewed out by a nasty young woman for the privilege. I truly can't remember the last time I was treated so rudely out of the blue by anyone- much less a fast food worker. It's so hard to find Long John Silver's anymore so I was so happy to have one in my area. But my dreams were sadly shattered.
The food here is actually good, it's the service that so horribly tanks my rating. This place is basically Taco Bell, and they sort of serve fish sometimes.
Multiple times I have been in and I will wait and wait for my LJS and watch literally dozens of Taco Bell orders fly past. The crew here is super great at making tacos, but the second you order off the LJS menu they look at you like "Sir this is a Taco Be . . . oh wait nevermind."
