McDonald's — Restaurant in Hillsboro

I wouldn't even give them one star if I could choose! But, my problem is with management. Of course, it's obvious that they can't get an order right, but when I am repeatedly having to call and complain, that's when I get irritated. How hard is it? But, then they try to get rude with me on the last screw up that was clearly their fault. Not only did I have to go back in and have something 're-made for the billionth time, I had to wait 10 minutes for a simple sandwich to be fixed. Then, I complain, because my other food was cold. I get told by a manager: "If you hurry up and eat your food, it won't get cold." How was I supposed to eat the food, when they were 're making it? And the general manager, I could write all day about her snotty and stuck up attitude. Even the supervisor of that restaurant told me "Don't bother with calling corporate again, because it'll just come directly to me." I really laugh at this now, because they can truly show their lack of an education, and that is exactly why they're working at a burger place at the age of 40....

I order it through the mobile app EVERY morning. To go to the front counter. Today, while picking up my order, it wasn't there, it was ordered at 6:11. At 6:45 I still didn't have my order. I finally asked for my order. I was met with hostility and anger by the manager Tory. They didn't have my order. She said that they only had three people working. While I watched employees standing around eating and laughing..They were too busy to help even somebody at the front counter. Place an order for coffee. One of the cooks had to come up and help him place an order even. Even after showing her that I actually had an order. She wanted to argue with me about having an order instead. I had to ask her more than five times can I please just have my order so I wouldn't be late for work. Instead, she wanted to argue with me still. This is the worst service and the worst manager I have ever seen from an establishment that is supposed to be based on...

This McDonalds recently got remodeled and it's absolutely horrible. When you walk in, you don't feel like you're in a McDonalds; you feel like you're in a dungeon with nothing but two digital panels to look at. No decorations, no wallpapers, no poster boards. The drive-thru is absolutely horrendous and always busy. Not entirely their fault considering the location, but this McDonalds needs a better spot. Where it's at isnt working, and they don't even have a proper parking lot.

The crew there is where it's at. I will say they have the most positive crew I've seen in any busy spot. They are challenged a lot in this McD's, which is why I would continue supporting them even if their food and atmosphere is lacking majorly. Don't normally dog on fast food joints, but this McDonalds deserves way better than what was...
