This place has been around for a long time and there's a good reason for that. My parents have always rented through here and they've always been able to depend on the folks at R2O to help us as a family, in our time of need. I've seen them go above & beyond the call of duty to help people out and that's what it's all about! Late night deliveries to people without refrigeration- A/c deliveries to people that can't (for health reasons) be in the extreme heat- donating countless things to help centers and camps for children all throughout the year- the list goes on. My mom has gotten many things from them and has been with them for a few years, they are always very helpful and she loves the things she gets. I just recently started going to them with her and I love the store and the workers, but I love love love my tv . (EDIT) AFTER MANAGEMENT CHANGED IT'S BEEN TERRIBLE! I have never missed a payment and was told they would work with me. I have had a payment to them on hold and they continue to harass me with the knowledge and paper proof that they will have their dang payment. I will never ever go back to rent to own. They are very rude and will no longer receive my business. Once I finish paying off what I got off...

This place is an absolute joke. Will NEVER deal with again. If you wanna spend over triple for outdated, broken items! This is your store! I literally have one payment left until my items are paid off. They are coming to repo my stuff Tuesday because I'm a week late on my payment, mind you I have paid faithfully for a year now, rarely missing a payment and always calling to let them know what was going on. They DO NOT CARE. I bought a laptop for school and they sold it to me with a chewed up charger and it still had the previous owners into on it. I'm so mad, I will never do business with again, nor will I ever send any friends or family their way....
