Ninja Japanese Steakhouse — Restaurant in Hillsboro

Usually I don't have any issues out of this restaurant. This time was a different story. I placed an order about 530p they told me it would be 30 minutes. I got there at the pick up Time and continued to wait an additional hour!! Four different people came up to me and asked how they could help me and only one came back to check on me. Eventually some guy brought out my food and said here I think this is yours, threw it on the counter and walked away. I asked for a manager and no manager ever came out. They sent a hostess of only 2 days to tell me theres nothing they can do to make lt up to me because the food was already made. Even though I asked for a manager 30 minutes prior to my food even being made. I watched at least 10 tables be sat and taken care of. About 2 of which had come in after me, sat down and ate then left all before I even came close to getting my food. Horrible service. Definitely NOT returning. Them just staring at a pregnant woman from the back and not seeming to care was absolutely horrible....

I'm now changing my review from when they 1st opened. My husband and I ate here at least once to 3 times a month for a year or 2 straight. The other day we ate there and the quality went down tremendously. The fried rice was a pale color compared to the usual dark brown, the fried sushi i always get, dynamite roll i think its called, didn't have a thick tempura batter on it like it used to, like they're trying to cut back on ingredients to save money. I try to support small business but I hate spending my money on food that isn't good. Maybe we just caught them on a bad day but we won't be going back for a while. Hopefully they realize why people loved it so much and go back to how their food was in first place. Don't change a good thing. Always delicious. I don't like sushi but the dynamite roll is amazing. We always get ours without scallops. Springs rolls and crab ragoons are always the slam. The steak hibachi is...

I would not go back. We waited forever for our food and when it came it was cold and uncooked. Our appetizers didn't come till after our food and when we talked to the manager about it she shrugged it off and still didn't give us our bill. They were not that busy and our waitress only had our table and one other. We kept giving the waitress the benefit of the dought. After not bring 3 of the 5 peoples drinks for 20 min. Once we asked for extra lemon we waited 30 min to just get a couple slices. Then 3 people got food and the other 2 peoples came 5 min later. Normally we would just blow these things off just when you sit at a restaurant for over an hour and don't have 1 good thing to say and a very expensive bill you're a bit frustrated. Over all rating I wouldn't eat here again if my life...
