I went through drivethrough last night and the initial employee taking the order was short in speech and did not appear to want to be there. The next window was fairly rude. The manager (guessing by appearance) stuck my food back out of the window in a rapid motion with no words which ripped a hole the bag when it hit my hand. Upon grasping the bag, I attempted to say "Thank You" but was met with the window slamming in my face and the employee walking away before I finished the first word. I left feeling like I should throw the food away out of principal. I did not however. (Nevermind the food tasted like it sat under a heater for a length of time.)
What has happened to the service industry? Why are people so rude for LITERALLY no reason? I have worked in the service industry, in fact, this VERY BURGERKING as a teen! There is never a reason to treat people like this...I never did it. I was always respectful to the next customer &I expect others to show the same courtesy. Do not reccomend. If I feel like fast food from now on I'll go get it from the clown down...

We both went by McDonald's and downloaded the coupon, then drove straight to Burger King to complete our mobile orders and pick up our yummy deal. My sister got her meal and checked her receipt, which reflected her $.01 Whopper. I then picked up my meal and sat down to eat with her. I didn't have a paper receipt so I checked my app and viewed details of the order. My Whopper with cheese, small fry, and small drink came to $8.39! Obviously the coupon didn't work. I went up to the register to see if they could correct it, but all they said was I had to complete my mobile order while still near McDonald's, even though my sister and I both completed our orders while sitting in Burger King dining area. Read moreDead as a doornail at 745am on a Sunday. Stood for a few minutes before someone appeared. She tried to take my order but couldn't because she needed manager's card. So in the meantime she is taking drive thru orders one of which was quite large 7+ sandwiches. Now the manager appears in her rain coat. She takes my order finally, stands around a moment and is gone again back in the back. So now I stand there while they complete 3 or 4 drive thru order then finally start working on mine. Get my order after 10 minutes. I'm not exaggerating I saved my receipt and checked the time. One good thing about my order was at least it was correct.
Have had problems with this location before, in particular with one manager on multiple occasions. Not sure if this was her today but going off her reactions and the minimal amount of time she spent helping customers it would...
