Taco Bell / Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Hillsboro

This taco Bell has been a general good experience until today. I came in on my lunch break and I ordered a $17 for ME alone. I was given the WRONG FOOD (SOMEONE ELSE'S). And then I came back in at 9 pm and they were looking at me like "this was at 4:50"? Why does that matter? I don't have an hour lunch to just sit in the parking lot and make sure it wasn't messed up!

I had them remake the entire order and when I got the new order, I wasn't given the modifications I requested (and paid more for). I started to eat the soft taco and it seemed to have romaine lettuce on it (never had that on there before). And there was such LITTLE nacho cheese sauce it tasted as if I asked for easy nacho cheese (asked for EXTRA). And the chicken quesadilla had way too much cheese in it when I ask for easy!

Came back for the third try for food and asked for them to remake it! They gave me BURNT CHICKEN in my quesadilla and no cheese! They wouldn't remake anything else because I ate the other two items (which they requested I hand them **that's very against policy as I worked at the same corporation a year back). I kept eating the items because I thought that there would be more cheese at the end but NOPE and why does the soft taco have that kind of lettuce in it???

Regardless, this place usually takes customizations well and accommodates for screw-ups. This time, they messed up 3 TIMES and didn't make up for it. I USED TO WORK FOR YOU. I know how things are made! If I was behind the counter I could do it better than you! But oh well! Thank you all for leaving me hungry, and insisting YOU were right when your policy is CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!

I just stopped by the Imbrie Dr 🌮 🔔 Tacobell and I feel ripped off yet again. The nacho Bell grande has about 4 inches wide of ingredients on top of a good solid 6"x9" bowl. The way that they're supposed to be is a solid 6 and 1/2 inches or so by 5 inches or so, of ingredients on top of the chips that fill the bowl. Instead what I got was about 5 oz when I should have got about 9 to 12 oz of ingredients. I ordered black beans instead of meat and the nacho already comes with refried beans on it and when I asked him to fix the mistake that he made of not including refried beans he tried to argue with me about how whenever I trade meat for black beans that means black beans only. When I reiterated the fact that the dish requires refried beans and that I was only trading the meat for black beans and that it should come with both refried beans and black beans he offers me of side of refried beans instead of remaking the entire dish. Nothing a wrongful stickler about stuff but this thing has five to six ounces of ingredients on it not counting the chips and it should be a solid 9 or 10 oz of ingredients. Needless to say I feel really ripped off I should report that in feedback on the Taco Bell app. Anyway there's the pictures of it. you see the small glob of ingredients in the center of all those chips.

I dont really have unkind words for any business that tries. That being said its clear this one doesn't.

Every visit, without fail, they have got something wrong on my order. Maybe one time it was correct during the day shift. I normally come in the evening around 5ish. I don't mean they forgot something IN an item I mean they omit that item completely.

For example, I ordered online today and got a few items and usually add onions because I like them. Then I add some sauce to the order. I get to the window and let the guy know I have an online order. He answered very quietly and i asked him to speak up. I got to the window and he told me I should have waited at the speaker. I said im sorry I couldnt hear you. He ignored me essentially. After he finished taking the order he asked for my name then I got my stuff. Half of the stuff was missing, the items it did have were half made.. like my crunchwrap only had a small amount of filling on one side, and the boxes were put into the bag also which tore the bag.

I'm fairly certain out of spite he only gave me 1 packet of hot sauce, no napkins, nor did he say anything when he handed me the food.

I recommend not going here at least not for evening shift. I'm not sure what management needs to do here but I suggest getting a louder speaker and getting better staff. After all the bad times and it being consistently terrible I will not...
