The staff do not know how to make food or get your order right. They have messed up the last three times we went in there, either forgetting items, or making items improperly. In fact, even though I was assured by the manager I could get my missing item on my next trip, staff refused to give it to me because I had ordered some other items as well, and they "didn't know how to ring it up" and told me to come back some other day. (Note: there is a book where they write down customer names and the items that were missing so you can conveniently pick them up next time you come through, and even though I explained this to staff, they still couldn't figure it out.) today we finally got the missing item, but then they screwed up everything else we ordered. All of the soft shells were stale, the food was extremely skimpy, and the crunchwrap was actually missing most of its filling, and there was no "crunch" to speak of. It was seriously thinner than a slice of bread and had no meat! And don't even get me started on their lack of COVID-19 precautions.. most of the time they don't even have a mask on and only pull it up under their nose when they're handing food out the drive-thru window, and the guy handling the food last time actually had cut all the fingers off of his gloves! There was somebody walking around today with a tablet taking pictures and notes, so I'm hoping corporate is aware of these issues and was investigating and working to correct it. But I would give zero stars if I could.

If u could give them a zero I would. Usually they are good but tonight was a total mess up. LarderRoom...It's Taco Bell Tuesday so I tried the NEW Toasted Cheddar Chalupa Deluxe-Grilled Chicken with a side of Nacho Cheese Doritos Locos Tacos Supremes! Just high five me now. Added a bucket of Fire Sauce and we will call it a night! Service was friendly and my food came hot and fast. It's Taco Bell! Enjoy!

I would’ve given zero stars if it let me. They don’t deserve one star! They messed up two burritos again and put sour cream on them today, didn’t give me my drink a few days ago, messed up my entire order the order before that and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fix it! So half of my food was freezing cold! This is only the last three visits in the last month! It has been such a long time since I’ve ever gotten an order that was correct from this location. If it happens one more time, I’m reporting to the BBB because this is terrible business and they should not even be running this business if they can’t get it right. I don’t understand how they can even be in business if they mess up every single order or do the math I’m one person… If they are messing up every order I have had four months then what about everyone else who’s ordering? That is a lot of money to lose on food waste. Read the freaking menu. It’s not rocket science and not hard to make a soft taco with no lettuce like I truly cannot understand how they can get it wrong so many times literally every time and I won’t get started on how rude they are if you try to check your back… I’m not pulling around. I will sit there and check my bag every time and you will wait if it was sometimes you got it wrong. I would be fine with pulling around and coming back in, but if you get it wrong every single time and then I have to pull around and come in and wait 30 minutes for you to fix it… Best believe I’m sitting at your window...

I wouldn’t waste your time going to get food during night shift - rude employees answering the phones, and the food is always wrong. For the first time in weeks we go through drive thru and order our boxes with no tomatoes on anything, and surprise tomatoes on the food.. again. What irritates me the most is, we said no tomatoes specifically and the order taker even repeated back our order saying no tomatoes and when we called after she rudely answer the phone, she tried playing it off as if we didn’t say no tomatoes to begin with even though the order taker in the drive thru repeated our order before paying at the window. Typically when it comes to anywhere else, we don’t call and complain - we can pull the tomatoes off but with them being diced, by the time you pick everything out, you might as well throw the food and money you spent in the trash. It’s like a never ending cycle of mess ups when it comes to night shift and their rude staff answering the phones.

If I ever go through this location again, it will be during morning/day shift where they have managers working on the lines who knows how to read the order screen properly...
