Wendy's — Restaurant in Hillsboro

They gave our order to the ppl in front of us. We watched the woman take bags back inside. They sat them down by the take out window. The employee told us $15.74 at the speaker, when we got to the window, she said $7.35. my husband told her that wasn't correct. She started to refigure when he told her what we had ordered, then she started to figure it by pencil. She finally charged us $14 something. Then reached for the bags of food the woman had returned..I asked her if that was what the woman in the truck returned and the employee said "Yes, she got your order by mistake". I shook my head, no. Then she said" You don't want it?". I said no, it has been sitting there all this time..she grabbed the bags off the counter and told someone to make it fresh. We are not totally convinced it was fresh, they were in the same crinkled bags, with stains on them. I don't know what your company policy is, but once food has been given to someone and they return it..... You should throw it out. Nobody knows if the ppl have touched the food or what..we will never go back to that Wendy's. Also, she didn't give us a receipt. It was Wendy's in Hillsboro, OH. Saturday,...

I usually never leave a bad review. But we ordered on the app at 10:18 am for breakfast. On the app it says you have to check in at 10:30 am to get your breakfast order. We arrived in to Wendy’s at 10:26 to pick up our food. We waited until 10:30 to check in as there was someone in front of us ordering BREAKFAST. While the person taking orders told us to give her a second, she then proceeded to come out and flip all the signs over to lunch. We still checked in AT 10:30. She told us to pull up to the window and then proceeds to tell us that she doesn’t have any eggs to put on our sandwich’s. She just handed out a large breakfast order to the people in front of us. Again I usually never write reviews but this was ridiculous and you could tell that the lady taking our order was trying to make up something as to why she couldn’t give us our food. Well unfortunately my experience here wasn't a great one had to have my order returned three different times in one session, with grunts and groans from the staff and some rude remarks that I'm not going to repeat. I ordered two junior bacon cheeseburgers easy enough right? Well not for the staff on duty that day. First they gave them to me plain, so I returned them. when I received them the second time they were without bacon (the main reason for ordering the sandwiches) and after receiving some rude and snide comments I politely declined my order and asked for my money back , a request that was met with dirty looks and a condescending tone , needless to say I will never visit this establishment again. If you are patient enough to try to eat here beware the rude staff and unsanitary cooking area . The only positive thing was the dining area was reasonably clean. All in all dine at...
