Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

Horrible, rude service. I placed an order online, arrived at the time that I was supposed to pick up order, and announced myself. I watched as people who entered the store after me placed orders on the line and got their food right away.

After waiting 10 minutes, I inquired about my order and told them that I had placed the order almost half an hour ago. The guy who was making sandwiches told me that I didn’t in fact wait half an hour. His response to me was: “Your order should’ve been ready at 12:51, my friend”. (Time is now 1:00pm).

I told him that we’re already almost 10 minutes past the time when it’s supposed to be ready and that 4 other people that ordered at the store were able to get their orders immediately. I asked for a refund to which he responded by telling me to leave the store and never come back.

The people who were on Wednesdays Night Shift 12/28 were amazing. First guy wrote down my order and was patient with me when asking my mom what sandwiches she wanted. The girl made sure all 5 sandwiches had the toppings we wanted. The other guy asked me if my gluten free order was because of a sensitivity or not. I said yes, and he said okay cause i have to wipe the table etc. Which to me was very surprising! Because all the other jersey mikes I’ve been to have never asked me or even cleaned the tables when dealing with my GF order. Very nice guy and i thank him for asking. We left very happy & sandwiches were great....

Michael who is the manager here is tremendous. He is a true professional. One night for dinner we were ordering Jersey Mikes and found out they had no bread left due to the fund raiser they had that day. So Michael told me next time he would make sure they have bread when I order. He took my name down and when I went after 3 days or so he had written it down on a sticky posted and he recalled the conversation. On top of them he discounted the sandwich. My kids kept on reiterating Michael is a nice guy. They love Jersey Mikes. Really appreciate Michael at Jersey Mikes. Thank...
