Tried them again. $9 for taylor ham, egg, & cheese!!! VERY greasy. The garlic on the bagel was sticky for some reason. The bagel itself leans towards the small side and is very chewy. Something tasted off with the sandwich, maybe it was the near to expire taylor ham?

Staff are not friendly at all. VERY slow service regardless if you're there without a crowd. Ordering is stressful as they don't fully understand you and you hope they get your order correctly.

I ordered an everything bagel twist with nothing on it but they forgot it. I guess that's good considering my sandwich alone was $9! What would it have been with the bagel twist? Everything is overpriced as all items are a la carte - a single egg alone is $3. Taylor ham or sausage - add another $5.50. This is not your every day bagel place.

Orders take a long time. They have no sense of customer service at all. Two staff were taking a break while there were plenty of customers in the establishment. They went off their break when the crowd died down.

Frozen bagels are now $4 per bag.

Franchise bagel place with small-medium sized bagels but plenty of variety to choose from. Bagels have a hard/crunchy outside shell with a soft interior.

They sell frozen version of their bagels in a pack of 6 for $2.

Somewhat expensive especially for the area. A taylor ham, egg and cheese is $6.05 plus tax.

Plenty of seating - about 9 tables, 5 of which are for 2 seaters and the remainder 4 tables can seat 4 people.

What a disappointment. They proudly display they are open at 5am! Hot fresh bagels! Come on in! So I thought I'd give the family a treat and got up early to go there at 6:45am.

Big mistake.

Most of the bins were empty and all they had out were cinnamon raisin, everything (and they were really "cheap" on the everything. It almost looked like a plain bagel) sesame and plain. No blueberry, no egg, no salt. Nothing.

Now here's where the trouble began. I say this with all the kindness in my heart as I certainly would not want the job of being the guy who has to get up at 4am and serve customers and make bagels. That being said, I live in central NJ and I would expect that the person I am interacting with at the counter speaks English. At first I just thought the guy was tired as he stared blankly at me but I quickly realized we had a language barrier. And the person he called to in the back wasn't much more help either. I can work thru the language thing t as I'm a "love one, love all" kinda guy but at 6:45am, when a bagel store (that opens at 5AM!) doesn't have bagels, I'm gonna get a bit angry...

And they weren't going ot be ready for at least another 30 minutes. What are these, lunch bagels?

I gave this place 3 chances, and now I'm convinced they are ALL TERRIBLE! every bagels 4 u franchise hires non-English speaking/understanding employees, makes them ALL work behind the counter, and yet the lines are still longer than route 206, no matter which store you go to! Hillsborough location is the WORST! after waiting 10 minutes for someone to take my order, and I was the only person in line at 6:35am (after getting annoyed, I had to ask if someone could take my order because 4 people looked at me and never asked if I needed to order) I was given the wrong order, and then told I ordered a Taylor ham egg and cheese, and I said no I can't eat eggs so I would never order that! I said just take the eggs off and I'll take it that way because I'm going to be late for work. The girl said ok, and threw the sandwich in the garbage! I was mind blown! Then the owner came out and asked the girl why she threw the sandwich out and after she explained they made the wrong order, he said "oh next time don't throw out the order" and went in the back! They overcharged me, never refunded me the difference, made me late for work, and my sandwich was greasy, untoasted, and looked like it was ran over by a truck! Don't waste your time, money or energy with these "bagels 4 fools", just get McDonald's...
