Bullshit sign says buy one sundae get one free, bought 4 sundaes for my kids sundaes $24 later find out she only gives you ONE FREE per order false advertising. She told me next time bring someone with me to split orders. Duh in that case just do what sign says and give the two sundaes free. Small little sundae could get a bigger portion at mcdonald's for $1 barely any fudge couldn't even find carmel.... It also doesn't say that there is a limit per order won't go back again she can't pick and choose what sales she wants to go by. Rediculous and a wrip off...stood outside in rain won't even let you in even though there wasn't one other...

THE absolute worst carvel I have ever been to. I walked in to buy an already made in the freezer cake. I stood behind ONE customer for almost 10 minutes while they spoke (the customer already purchased their order) and laughed. The entire time I was never acknowledged. After asking the lady if I can buy my cake since it only needs to be rung up with no writings required I was met with both the customer and the lady at the register being rude. I will never ever come here again. Not even a greeting when I walked in. RUDE...
