Lee's Sushi — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

I called to place an order for pick up An asked for 4 California rolls with tempura crunch on top. Upon saying that the women behind the phone said "What" in a very rude tone. I repeated my order An the lady with out checking instantly said "oh ok, that going to be 40/50 minute" which I then questioned why it would be so long An she said that "there is about 10 tickets in front of you" which I questioned again An said " that seems a little ridiculous" she answered me with "yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, you still want ticket" which at that point she was lying An didn't want to take my order. So I hung up An called back literally 2 minutes later sounding like a diffrent guy An asked how long the wait would be. The lady says "oooooh wait that's only 20-25 minutes". A hidden gem in Hillsborough. This is not necessarily the "best" sushi I've had in the world, but certainly is very fresh and in my opinion, the freshest in town! Very pleased. Order well in advance, as it usually takes quite a while for your order to be made.

My coworkers and I order from this place at least once a week. Their Lunch specials are great - although I really have only gotten sushi each time I have gone.

Always good, consistent. Fast, friendly service. The spicy tuna actually tastes like spicy tuna and is a little chunky rather than being a smooth paste (I don't like a smooth paste-like spicy tuna - they usually taste very low quality)
