Wendy's — Restaurant in Hillsborough Township

This location has messed up my order almost every time. The order is either incorrect, they forget condiments, untensils, etc.

I complained for a long time that the soda machine ran out of sugar but they never fixed the issue and they blamed me at some point after I asked them to replace it and they denied their fault. Not to mention, Manager Gio's behavior is unprofessional.

On my most recent trip, the spicy chicken sandwiches (for a senior) were not cooked properly since I received the order when they were closing but that's not an excuse. The senior called the next morning and spoke to the morning manager and told her the patties were hot outside but not on the inside. The morning manager said she will compensate but the evening Manager GHADA said she won't compensate for the order. She was speaking rudely and blamed us for the problem saying I complain all the time. I haven't been to this location for such a long time because of the hard time they've given me and she lied and said I come here every week and a half. I'm not complaining for the sake of complaining like she's making it seem. They know who they are and they're denying their fault.

They have to fix the root causes of the problem, like making the order right, behaving professionally, and giving everything the customer requests (like condiments, Untensils, etc) so the customer has No reason to complain.

Some of them have too much pride in their hearts to admit that they're wrong. It's not fair the customer is blamed for mistakes the employees made. Action needs to taken against those employee's.

Wendy's has been my go-to spot for a quick and satisfying meal for decades, and it never disappoints. My regular order of two Junior Bacon Cheeseburgers and a refreshing lemonade is like a nostalgic trip down memory lane. Today was no exception. I ordered my trusty combo, but this time, I added a large Strawberry Lemonade to switch things up a bit. It was just as delicious as I remembered from 20 years ago.

The consistency in the taste and quality of Wendy's food is truly remarkable. The burgers were cooked to perfection, with that irresistible blend of crispy bacon, juicy patties, and fresh toppings. Every bite was a burst of flavor that I've cherished over the years.

The only minor hiccup in an otherwise seamless experience was the missing straw for my lemonade. It wasn't a big deal, as the friendly staff quickly provided one upon request. The service was efficient, ensuring that I got my meal in no time.

As I enjoyed my meal in the well-kept parking lot, I couldn't help but appreciate the enduring excellence of Wendy's. It's a place where you can always count on getting exactly what you crave, making it a timeless favorite for those quick bites on the go. Staff appears to be undertrained unfortunately but thats the least of your issue here at this location. It is the young guy, who appears to be a supervisor, who is beyond passively aggressive, rude, and highly moody when asking for the drink that came with my meal. You will recognize him when you see him, always in a bad mood, verbally condescending to customers, and his shaved bald head is the only thing he seems to be able to keep under control like a tight ship... not his staff....not his mouth...not my order. He is the real life Angry Bird, who projects his moodiness onto his drive thru staff and then directly on to the customer for a simple misunderstanding when ordered. Wish I got his name, this Wendy's location hired a real winner. I feel bad for everyone else in there stuck working with him as they appeared visibly stressed out with him too. My sandwich was good though....
