Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hillsdale

I made an anonymous account because I do not feel comfortable giving my name. I went to this location to get a coffee and at first could tell the worker was agitated and annoyed. He ends up making my drink but it is not made correct. My sister got a drink through mobile and her drink was not correct as well. We went back in to get it remade. Normally I would just leave it but there were ingredients missing in my drink.

The worker grew agitated while we were waiting on line. We get ignored for eight minutes so it felt extremely uncomfortable. A line starts forming. The worker ends up getting super angry and starts punching the receipt printer and throwing the receipt paper yelling. We got extremely uncomfortable and afraid so we ended up leaving and going to a different Dunkin. I have never experienced anything like this and do not feel comfortable coming to this...

HORRENDOUS! The WORST costumer service I have ever experienced. I walked in and from the start the clerk gave me a nasty look. I proceeded to give him my order. I asked for a decaf iced coffee and he hands me the coffee and then looks at me and goes,” Why do you need an iced coffee?” “I work here and i don’t even drink decaf.” I was ordering this coffee for my sister who was 5 years older than me and he judged me by my appearance because I looked too “young” to be ordering coffee. Even if I did order the coffee for myself, why should he question me? I am a paying customer! Also, all of our food tasted old and put out. Our drink were watered down and tasted horrendous. I'm reviewing a Dunkin Donuts? That seems odd right? It's a Dunkin Donuts afterall, you pretty much know what you are going to get. That said, I was initially distracted by the fact that this is a gas station/DD combo. For some reason, that threw me off in terms of a first impression. I guess I expected the DD to be dirty inside. But I was pleasantly surprised to see a clean, nicely run DD store. Well done folks, flippin my expectations and they make your coffee to order better than other DD's I've been to. I'm taking off a star because... well, it's just DD it's not like specially brewed Columbian fancy coffee. It's just DD ya...
