My boyfriend and I come to this Wendy’s all the time, and upon our first time actually going inside the establishment we were greeted with attitude and poor customer service. We won coupons from a NY Giants game for free cheeseburgers, and we wanted to use them. To begin, the manager, Alix, told us they were not able to be used due to “it needing to be signed.” The woman taking our order continuously walked away, leaving us unattended. We asked the manager if he could help with our order since she kept walking away, and he told us, “No, she’s helping you.” Eventually, the manager, Alix, allowed us to use the coupon because we explained our situation — but he was unnecessarily rude. Once we applied two more coupons, Alix came back over saying, “only one per customer.” It made no sense, the coupon had no specifics on limitations. He repeatedly stated this in a rude manor even after we placed our order, but eventually, again, allowed us to use it. I believe this is because we were right, and he was just making up policies. We ended up getting our food, my boyfriend making a comment to the manager, “I don’t understand why you have to give us attitude.” and again, he shooed us off, repeating a policy I can’t recall. On top of that, after placing our order, we were harassed by teens in line behind us in the building. The manager and cashier heard, doing nothing to prevent the harassment. The environment became so uncomfortable, leading another customer eating inside to walk out with us, commenting something about how ridiculous it all was. Directly after leaving the building, the same teens cornered and harassed me and my boyfriend. Threatening, cursing, and trying to prevent us from entering our vehicle. I find it extremely offensive the manager did nothing to prevent or interfere due to bias, as well as the manager was outright rude whilst we were ordering. I knew for a fact I would never be returning to this Wendy’s, especially getting home to find out that they were short on fries. As well as they collected FOUR of our coupons after they insisted we didn’t give them enough for the cheese burgers, only giving us two in the bag. I wish I could leave ZERO stars, as I was more than dissatisfied with the service and environment. I’m extremely disappointed, I thought that it would be a positive experience, as we were just trying to...
Read moreNancy. Even the thought of the name sends shivers down me spine.... Many a'nights ago, me bucko and I were gettin' a little hungry so we decided to get some Wendy's. Doesn't sound like a bad idea right? WRONG. There was a women, neigh... a myth, neigh... a LEGEND, that dwelled the murky waters of this fine dining establishment on that day. When me bucko asked for his number 4, Ms. Nancy told him many a'times he was to order the number 7. Arrrr... it was as if me own ears were deceiving me. He was finally given his number 4 after a grooling battle with Antsy Nancy, and we sat down to enjoy our gaba gool. Tensions began to rise. We had an achey feeling, as if time had suddenly became a near fragment of our imagination. He had left his lanyard including his car keys and other valuable treasures on the counter, where Nancy had been. We had noticed her glares while dining but thought nothing of it, as if it were only an intimidation tactic. But alas, he had went back up to retrieve his treasure. That was not the last time we encountered Nancy, oh no no... One starry night as we were coming home we stopped at the drive through for a little nibble and who did we see hand us our food? Nancy, with warm eyes and a cold heart, we received our food from her, nervous as we thought it would finally be the day we walked the plank. The food was good tho I recommend the south west avocado chicken sandwich, and other then that...
Read moreMy friends and I had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s tonight. We had gotten our food inside and went to sit down at a table at around 9:50. We were eating our food and talking in a normal to low voice with each other while eating, not being disruptive (for reference, one of my friends was sleeping, so clearly not being disruptive). At exactly 10, an assistant manager named Matthew came up to us and told us we had to get out since the inside closes at 10. He also claims that we were told when we were buying our food that we had to leave at 10 (which did not happen). We all get up to leave, as we were told, and we hear him say to other people dining “the rest of you don’t have to leave, just the teenagers.” As paying customers, we were very angered that we had to leave just for the fact that we were teenagers. If we were being disruptive, I would understand being asked to leave, but since we were eating our food very quietly I found this...
