Dominick's Pizza Shoppes — Restaurant in Hillside

I ordered 3 things...1) Buffalo wings well done with extra buffalo sauce which was absolutely delicious!! 2) Mozzarella Sticks, which were still hot upon delivery. And 3) A large extra cheese pizza, which was cold, dry and there was absolutely nothing about that cheese that was extra. When I called the restaurant just to simply let them know, whomever answered the phone immediately started yelling telling me he put extra cheese on it and if I look at the regular pizza, I would know that it’s extra cheese. I mean, this guy was yelling at the top of his lungs. Very rude. All the while, I’m simply telling him the pizza isn’t extra cheese like I ordered. I spent $32.00 on food that I’m overall not satisfied with. I literally had to put my own shredded mozzarella cheese on the pizza and put it in the toaster oven to get the “extra cheese” effect. I don’t know the person’s name who answered, but he was rude and disrespectful; told me he had customers in front of him and something was wrong with me. I’m highly disappointed and offended. I usually love this place, but this was a terrible experience worth letting everyone know. Don’t call and complain because they won’t do diddly...

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE. These people do not know what the meaning of Good Customer Service is. I ordered two Italian cheese burgers and instead of telling me they didn't have any beef patties left they went ahead and gave me Turkey burgers in Hope's that I wouldn't know the difference!!!!! I went back to request my money back and they had the nerve to THREATEN ME ON CALLING THE COPS oh! Because excuse me I guess I had No say as to what I wanted and what I PAID FOR. I ordered a sandwich for $6.50 then after it was ready I handed the guy my credit card he then told me in order to use it there was a $10.00 minimum. He then directed me to an atm outside at a bank in a very bad neighborhood where moments ago a gang of black teenagers from the local high school right around the corner were just fighting.
