I ordered 3 things...1) Buffalo wings well done with extra buffalo sauce which was absolutely delicious!! 2) Mozzarella Sticks, which were still hot upon delivery. And 3) A large extra cheese pizza, which was cold, dry and there was absolutely nothing about that cheese that was extra. When I called the restaurant just to simply let them know, whomever answered the phone immediately started yelling telling me he put extra cheese on it and if I look at the regular pizza, I would know that it’s extra cheese. I mean, this guy was yelling at the top of his lungs. Very rude. All the while, I’m simply telling him the pizza isn’t extra cheese like I ordered. I spent $32.00 on food that I’m overall not satisfied with. I literally had to put my own shredded mozzarella cheese on the pizza and put it in the toaster oven to get the “extra cheese” effect. I don’t know the person’s name who answered, but he was rude and disrespectful; told me he had customers in front of him and something was wrong with me. I’m highly disappointed and offended. I usually love this place, but this was a terrible experience worth letting everyone know. Don’t call and complain because they won’t do diddly squat about it.
