Dunkin' — Restaurant in Hillside

This woman watched me wait behind a customer and the moment I stepped up she walked away. I stood there for at least 3 minutes as she casually walked back and forth past the register. Another worker with a headset who had been working the window walked passed looked at me and gave a half smile and continued about her business. (At this point I’m intrigued on how long this will go on) it wasn’t until another worker who wasn’t taking orders asked me if anyone had taken my order yet I replied no, I guess she’s ignoring me. The second woman mentioned then came from the window and immediately wanted to be confrontational stating “I wasn’t ignoring you I was helping someone else” I immediately corrected her assumption and told her “I wasn’t talking about you I was talking about her (see photo)” She then laughed and said “oh”. It’s important to share that the original cashier was not working on a single order but washing the funnel used to get the coffee in the big box. So I don’t know what this was about, but once upon a time this was my hometown and I was significantly disgusted. Sidebar: I didn’t complete my order because they weren’t willing to substitute the pork sausage for turkey. I know this is a popular location, but think twice if you see her. I def wanted to meet her with her nonsense, but clearly she’s miserable to randomly decide to be so...

I came around 5:55am 12/15 in the morning. Ordered something very simple. Large Caramel Macchiato w Almond Milk (hot).

There’s no flavor, no almond milk, and just tastes like hot coffee with creamer.

There wasn’t a line before or after me so I’m really upset that a very simple request (nothing extravagant) could have been messed up.

I understand it’s an awful hour/shift, and I’m not those people are extremely Karen about coffee, but if I’m paying $5.55 for a large macchiato and get “hot coffee” instead, like that just doesn’t make sense

I’ve ordered from here before. Same exact order. Sometimes iced. Never been an issue. But today...

Do not go here the manager is a liar. I came here . I came here this morning and ordered breakfast. I gave the manager my card he did not swipe it then gave it back. Then he denied that I ever gave him the card. So he insisted that he run the camera and I sat and waited while he ran it on his phone. He was so sure of himself that he bet me 100 dollars that I never gave him the card. Unfortunately for him when the staff watched the video it was confirmed that I had indeed given him the card. He refused to give me the food or the 100 dollars he promised me. A person with no honor can’t be trusted to tell the truth can not be trusted...
