If I could give this place a negative I would. Very horrible experience. I ordered 61.11 worth of food. I was surprised at the price so asked the lady at the window to read back everything that was ordered (young lady had a nasty attitude) which she did. She proceeds to start giving me drinks 1 by 1. I then ask for a drink carrier because i now have 5 drinks. Of course I was told they don't have any. Ok.... no big deal. I then start receiving these bags with my food in it. The young lady (nasty attitude) tells me after i asked if that was everything that all my food was in the bags. I drive home and start dishing out the food to my family and what do you know, I'm missing the most expensive item (10 piece wings). I then call the store and another lady tells me I left my wings. I respond by stating that I didn't leave anything that I wasn't given my complete order. The (nasty attitude young lady lies and states that she told me to pull around front to wait for my order. I inform the lady on the phone that its bold faced lie. I drive back to this store to get my food I stand there and wait 10 min. before anyone even comes to the window. When they come to the window they pass me this rolled up bag of cold wings with no apologies, no remorse, no offer to cook me a fresh order of my food (This has been a 25 to 30 min. gap since I received the first order). I now have a completely cold meal. 61.11 waste!!!! They need alot of customer service training in that store. Integrity will carry your employees a long way. When they mess up(they are human) they should own it and do better rather than lie on the customer. Will not ever be going back...

Awful service, ordered via mobile and we decided to go through the drive thru. When we got to the order station we stated we ordered mobile and they told us we had to go to the pick up area. All well and good except we had to sit in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes, which is time we are certainly not being paid for. Once we finally got out of the line, we went to get our food from their pickup line and they ignored us for a few minutes. There were already 2 people there and they hadnt even asked for there names yet before we got there. Mom stood in front of the order window to try and signal there were people outside and they finally opened the window and started asking for peoples names. We asked about why they made us wait in the drive thru instead of just handing us our food when we got to the window, the lady had a horrible attitude and just stated that it was 'policy'. We left VERY angry. When we finally got home we opened our burgers and it was SOPPING WET with ketchup and Mayonnaise, to the point where it was all you could taste and the ends of the bun were wet enough to leave a finger print. It was possibly the worst burger I have ever received from ANYWHERE. Not only will I NEVER order from this place again but I will make sure to let my friends and family know to avoid this place. I cant even fathom why there are so many reviews about how terribly rude the people here are and how they ignore people at the walk in, but they still do nothing to fix the issue. I guess I can see why they were much more deserted than the other fast food places nearby. 10/10 would never...

I ate her 4 times before leaving a review. It's a convenient place to go eat. It's right on a corner of a major intersection. I notice it's open decently late(for Hinesville).

The food is pretty good. I hear hits and misses. But from my experience, it's pretty good. The serving sizes are a bit bigger than McDonalds. The quality of the food is average. Nothing below or above.

The customer service can be pretty good. Only once out of those 3 times were they a bit rude. I'm unsure what was wrong that night, but I do recall that. Regardless, they got my order out pretty fast. Which is great since they're sometimes packed. I will say they're honestly pretty great the majority of the time.

There's not really a place to sit for this location. Other than a few tables outside. It's still pretty cool during the summertime.

Overall, I recommend this place to eat. A lot of soldiers go here from...
