I went to Firehouse Subs last night to grab some dinner. I was looking for something quick and the 2 prior times I visited this place was awesome. Previous to this I never heard of Fireplace Subs and when I did a little research I thought it was a business with a fantastic cause
When I pulled up the store was closing in 8 minutes. The cashier was friendly and helpful but the young lady making the sandwiches had an attitude from the beginning. She wiped her nose a few times while preparing my food. So, I asked the cashier would it be ok if the guy behind the counter could make my sandwiches instead and she said yes. The young lady continued making my sandwiches and I asked the cashier if I could speak with the manager and the cashier said, she is the manager. I asked if they could just give me my money back because I did not want her to make my sandwiches because she was wiping her nose. I didnât mention that she told me no that no one could make my sandwiches but her. And this was after the guy said that he could. The young lady was very rude. I asked for her manager information and she pointed to a table with cards on it, I asked what her name was and she held her name badge up. As she continued talking, I told her that she was not making a good example for her employees. She continued talking as I was walking towards the door to leave and I responded to the young lady that was the manager telling me that it was ok that she wiped her nose because she wiped it a certain way and I said, what if I wiped my behind and made you a sandwich, itâs just as unsanitary as you wiping your nose. The manager than said, leave my store or Iâm calling the cops. I was leaving the store from the beginning and for her to threaten calling the cops and I did nothing to this women to be threatened by calling the cops. Her behavior as a manager was disappointing.    Read moreWalked into the restaurant didnât get a greeting or anything! I placed my order they just assumed that it was to go... like they were trying to hurry me out of the restaurant! Got my order it was completely wrong. I took it back up to the cashier and the girl who made my sandwich had such a bad attitude rolling her eye and such. Said just throw the sandwich away! And then sat back down at my table. After 10mins I finally received my 2nd order to find that one was wrong! I didnât even bother tell her that it was wrong again! As a paying customer I shouldnât feel like it was my fault and shouldnât have to eat in such a negative environment!    Read moreI am very displeased with the Customer Service at the Hinesville store today. I came in for a late lunch, I was never greeted, or may I help you. So Iâm an older lady so I sat down to wait on somebody to acknowledge me. Didnât happen so I left because they were busy in a conversation that gave me a bad taste in my mouth. You donât talk about your Co-workers like that in front of the customers like that.I just left because if you have discussions like that about your Co-workers, then you talk about the customers as well. One of the individuals must of been a Mgr. cause she told the of the workers I should fire her!! They thought it was funny. I found it too be unprofessional and will not be going back.
