So this is a long one. Aside from the fact that our server took a long time to even ask for our drinks which is no biggie bc we were not in no hurry, but my food came before my App… manager took it off which was highly appreciated…. The big issue was that I had ordered a mini Lava cake and there was PLASTIC in it!! I was gonna take a picture but my phone had died when I first sat down at the table. She brought me another one but no manager came to speak to me and I still had to pay for it which was fine considering I did get another one and ate it . But yes PLASTIC and I was sharing it with my two year old. I thank God she wasn’t the one who got the plastic bite bc she could have swallowed it and choked !! It was very sharp as well. If my baby got that bite it would have been a whole different story !! If I didn’t haft to be at work soon I would have asked to speak to a manager but by this time everything took way longer than expected so We had to leave. I could honestly sue them over that piece of plastic if I wanted to but I’m not going to. It’s just very disappointing, now onto the second problem. My server Ramona decided it would be a good idea to get something else taken off the bill after we had already paid I guess so she could keep more money to herself . Me and my mother payed separate. Her bill was $36 and even after the inconveniences she gave her a $50 bill and told her to keep the change. She then proceeded to take my baby to the car and wait on me. I was paying on card though and she didn’t close out my mother‘s tab yet, so I could see it on the pos still. Well, somehow, my mother’s bill went down to $26 after she had already paid and the server had taken off the queso which was still on there when my mother paid so clearly she did that just so she can keep more tip money so I only tipped her five dollars instead of the 15 that I was going to give her because she stole $10 from my mother basically!!! Me and my mother are both servers and we always tip very well. But that was very disappointing and ruined my Mother’s Day. Read moreI mean, it’s a Chili’s. But seriously, my experience dining inside has shown no real concern. We had a couple times where they forgot about us and/or took forever to get food to us. But hey, that’s life.
However, their “Chili’s To-Go” takeout service has been consistently bad the 3 to 4 times I’ve ordered. Only once has a person walked my food to my car when I selected that option. The rest of the times, I walk in after waiting 10 minutes after the estimated ready time, only to find out that my food had been ready and sitting on their counter nearly 20 minutes earlier. The fact that they expect you to tip them for this garbage service is kind of hilarious.
My latest To-Go experience was largely the same. Nobody brought me my food, so I walked in. This time, however, I find myself walking in to a Chili’s employee passionately complaining about customers or something. The coworker/manager notices me but does nothing to halt or at least relocate this vent session. Instead, I have to stand there looking in random directions until she’s done popping off. To make it worse, she initially brought her angry demeanor into her interaction with me. But to be fair, she seemed to have calmed down a bit after a little while—even offering me plasticware and whatnot. But man, was that weird.

Read moreWe visited this location with a large party. We visited around 2pm on a Saturday. Overall, it was an okay experience.
FOOD: The actual taste of most of the food was good. It was seasoned well and most portions were hot. This is the first time I’ve had a quesadilla with whole filets of chicken insides, like a sandwich. It’s not enjoyable. The dipped chicken on the triple dipper had a weird taste and was inedible. The water had a funny taste, as well as the strawberry lemonade. There was hair found in one of our dinner plates. Lastly, some of us were served old portions of fries. But the fries that were fresh were good. 3 stars
SERVICE: The waitress seemed disorganized and frazzled. However, she did a good job with trying to accommodate and provide good service. Large parties can be overwhelming, and for that I am understanding. 4 stars
ATMOSPHERE: The chef came out to greet the table. I think he noticed that we weren’t elated with the food because he joked on the lack of enthusiasm in our response when asked “how was everything?” (That was actually funny.) The lighting inside is too dark. For instance, the waitress struggled to see the hair in the food. It had to be lifted with the fork. The bathroom wasn’t clean, but the dining area was fine. 4 stars
