Not everyone is able to be in the customer service retail business due to their attitude. Iām unsure of Ms Williams title (or if thatās her real name) since she was be vague when asked for her name. However she was rude on the phone when I called to ask about my pick up order and she was rude when she was in my presence after a sales associate went to get her because there were things missing in my order. I let Ms Williams know that I never received a confirmation that my order was ready which was the reason for me calling and when I asked for a receipt she told me that they wouldnāt be able to do it since it was an online order. I expressed to her that it wasnāt my first time placing a pick up and it has always come with a receipt especially since everything I ordered wasnāt in my pick up. Ms Williams doesnāt have the five below cultured spirit I have always received in any other store I have entered. She was RUDE, while I was with my son might I add. I explained we weren't completely sure what we wanted and if it was okay to sort our stuff at the register and give them what we didn't get (what I've always done they literally have an extra basket at the front for this purpose). She said okay but that theres new owners who basically don't want it to be self checkout anymore and just started scanning our stuff. I explained again we didn't want everything just yet and could step aside if she needed to help someone else (there wasn't anyone in line). She said we could just tell her what we wanted and stood there. Totally weird and made us feel like we were trying to steal or something and rushed what we ended up picking out. She did the exact same thing to the people behind us. She was a very nice girl and explained it was new owners who were letting people go over this. So now Iām at the checkout and Iām using cash; thereās a black lady with glasses and a young Latino lady talking, not paying me any attention, until I said excuse me twice!! They made me feel like i was bothering them to do their job!!! Then when she finally came to check me out she gave me attitude and never made eye contact. I would have thought she knew better being older, but I guess she didnāt!! I wanted to be ugly and address the issue, but my I left.
