After receiving terrible service in the store a while back I decided to give them a try again and usually order through their app. Last week I ordered and got a notification the driver was leaving from the store (5 miles away) with my order and it took him 48 minutes to get to my house. When I asked if I could check the food before signing the receipt because it took hina long time to get to my house and he got mad. He said it wasn't his fault he had another order to deliver before mine. I told him it wasn't my fault either and if he was going to have an attitude to leave and take the food back. I called the store.after he left to make sure I wasn't charged and a manager apologized and said she would send me another.order out if I would like. I agreed. She also told me that I had a credit for another order in their system but I had to call the store to get it. So I called the store this evening and inquired about the credit. They asked what I wanted and I ordered two small pizzas and a 40pc Boneless chicken bites. Then the girl who answered put me on hold. When she came ba k on the line she said I couldn't have that I had to have the same order as last time. I wasn't told ot had to be the same prior to this and I am not in the mood for the same thing I ate a week ago. I explained to her that the credit was from a bad experience a while back and she asked the manager who then again refused. So we ordered some food after an hour the food never came and in the app it said it was delivered! I called up and when I told them my situation they basically hung up! I called again and asked for a manager and told them the situation again, the manager said that they tried to call us, no one ever called and the driver told the manager she delivered. she lied she never even left the store!!! She tried to lie and steal our food and money. So then they sent her out again with our food two hours later we finally got our food and the order was wrong! They gave us the wrong salad and missed one of our sandwiches! This is unacceptable! I confronted the driver and she said the address was wrong and we use the app our information has always been the same and we order like once a week we never changed our information. The drivers name is Ashley she is a liar and a thief trying to lie and say she delivered our food and lied about calling us! I have never in my life experienced something like this. As I'm on the phone with the manager my order shows up to my door WRONG completely the opposite of what I ordered. I ordered half cheese half mushroom with wings I recieved a pineapple and meat pizza with brownies. Was given a credit & was told my order will be there in 30 minutes. Called yesterday 30th November 2 use my credit but pick up this time. Got in for them 2 tell me my order never went through & furthermore was told by 3 different employees that my name, address, or number wasnt in their system at all not even for my nov 16th order. They had a few customers and I didnt want to make a scene so I went 2 my car called & spoke 2 the store manager all the while looking at him. He told me a few times my name or number and address wasnt showing only to miraculously find it after a while of going back and forth with him.
