Management is rude and unprofessional. After being a loyal customer for years, can not believe the level of treatment and speech received from Ms. Jackie. I received a pizza that was well overcooked. I called for hours to report and no one answered. After many attempts, I finally was able to get through the following day. It was explained to me that many people call to say something is wrong, indicating that I am lying. I kindly informed that I am a loyal customer and have pictures to send to corporate seeing that I couldn’t get in touch with anyone at the facility. The reasoning for my call was to give them an opportunity to correct the situation before escalating to corporate level. She continued to be rude and replied with “do whatever you have to do”. After reassuring Ms.Jackie that I have no reason to lie, she asked if I wanted a refund? I advised that I simply wanted my pizza corrected and that I can bring her the one that was burnt. The option she provided is that I can bring it and I would have to pick it up now. I kindly asked if I could pick it up on a different day seeing that I live far from the location. She said no and that I have to come in now. I told her that I understand why the reviews are poor regarding management and the lack of customer service. Ms. Jackie then advised that she would put a credit under my account, and hung up in my face. I highly doubt that I will have a credit but regardless, you shouldn’t conduct yourself as a manager in any unprofessional manner. Your customer service should be at a higher level than your staff. And the rudeness is just unbelievable and uncalled for seeing that I not once raided my voice or displayed an irate tone. I hope she remembers how she handled this situation when she receives the same level of service in her day to day living. Words of wisdom: Don’t prejudge people by others mishaps and dishonesty. This Lady, since she wouldn't let her worker give me her name on my 3rd call, was absolutely rude and unprofessional from the get go. She didn't want to hear anything I had to say or cared about what I needed - she hung up on. me. So I called back - she got the same energy-Then she nastily refused to serve me and hung up on me again because I said "I still want f-ing pizza today." I didn't curse at her or called her outside her name. So I called back again- they placed me on hold for a minute then one of the workers answered finally- much more respectable - but you can hear in the background talking a whole lot mess..we not serving her, we not delivering to her, and we doing nothing for her the entire time I was on the phone...I just wanted her name - she don't have to worry about me ever coming to that Papa John's - I don't trust her to do or make anything for me. But I do work on Fort Stewart / I am retired military and I'm going to tell anyone that ask me anything about Pizza - "To avoid that place". As a past restaurant owner and past manager at fast foods -that was a horrible experience and a bad example to the workers. Got hung up on by the manager just because I told him that this wasn't an option on door dash. Tried calling back for an hour and he refused to answer my call so that I could tell him he needs to contact door dash to change the options. Rude AF, hung up in my face.
