Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a McDonald’s, and that says A LOT.
My family and I waited over 40 minutes for our food last night, and what we witnessed while we waited was beyond unprofessional. The lobby was closed, but somehow a group of random guys—clearly friends with someone inside—were allowed to come in and chill like it was their living room. Must be nice to get special treatment while the actual paying customers are sitting outside starving.
The girl working the window (light-skinned, curly hair, wearing a pink shirt you know who you are) had one of the nastiest attitudes I’ve ever encountered in customer service. She was loud, rude, and looked like she hated every second of being at her job. Like ma’am, nobody forced you to clock in, so don’t take it out on everyone else.
She told us to pull to curbside after already making us wait forever. Meanwhile, two other ladies had already gone to the window to ask where their food was because they’d been waiting even longer than us with smaller orders! So my husband eventually walks up to the window to ask about our food, and guess what? The food was already bagged up and just SITTING there. So not only did we wait forever, but when we finally got the food, it was cold.
When he checked the bag (because clearly we had to), we noticed the apple pies were missing. And her exact response? “I swear I put them in the bag but okay.” What kind of customer service is that? Like, girl… seriously? My husband even offered for her to check the bag herself since she wanted to get slick about it.
If she can’t handle the basic responsibilities of her job,like treating people with respect, bagging food properly, and not letting her personal issues spill into customer service,then she has no business working there. And what’s worse is watching 10 cars roll up and get their food before the people who had already been waiting nearly an hour. That’s just disgusting and unprofessional.
I see the reviews for this location and it’s nothing but complaint after complaint. Clearly, no one in management cares enough to fix anything.

Read moreThe order taker started off nice after I continue with a larger order he started saying anything else anything else while placing my order I asked could all the combos be placed in a separate bag the order taker responded we not doing all that once I finish my order I paid I ask the lady at the back window was it a problem with placing the combos in a separate bag she reply that was not me taking your order that was the next window I said ok Thank u Proceeded to the next window as I got to the window they began to hand me all of my food out of the window in the same bags and i then gave them the bags back and ask them could they please put my combos all in a separate bag they took the bags back inside the window and then one of the crew members said just throw some Bags on top of the food and give it back to her and tell her to separate it herself I than asked may I speak to the manager I was informed that it was a red hat that took my order that was rude the crew leader that had a yellow shirt on wanted to argue with me at the window I then asked to speak with the manager he told me that it was not a manager at the store that he was the one running the store I saw the manager standing at the inside front register only one of the crewmembers a female was so nice and came to the window and apologized after me arguing with the crew leader going back-and-forth for five minutes. After saying I gave you your money back now get out of my drive-through the manager then came to the window and told me that she was too busy to come and figure out what was going on when I seen her walk away from the front register and stood out of the view of the window I explain to her what was going on the manager became very apologetic After me explaining what happen customer service is at a all time low when it comes to crew and crew leader….. Read moreThis McDonald's location is amongst the worst that I've visited. By worst I mean,the grounds could use an update, although the building itself is going through an updat as well as the interior. The dinning room has been closed for a bit now due to this. An announcement has been made online,though there should be clearly marked signs stating this. I ordered curbside pickup through the app. Once there,there were only two removable signs in the ground with an arrow pointing to drive around to the designated area. However that designated area is not marked properly. There's a yellow cellphone surrounded by a yellow circle painted in 4 spots,this is were i parked and waited at least 20 mins-Not numberd and not marked as the curbside parking. I waited another 15 min until i saw an employee step outside to bring a drive through order out. I drove up to him and asked where the parking was for curbside. He pointed over to where I was parked. I stated to him that ive been waiting for close to 30 mins for my food. He then accused me of not being parked in the right area, in which i responded that's exactly where I was parked. The only signs that were displayed and marked were for the drive-through. He then brought my food put to me and I drove around to the other side to enjoy my meal. But the fries were cold,not warm,cold. He came back out and I called him over explaining that my fries were cold and I wanted another batch. He obliged friendlier this time. I did get my hot fries but by double filet was cold. I don't know if I'll ever give this location another chance,cause the first two visits all of the employees were rude with thier attitude.
