Subway — Restaurant in Hinesville

Today, I made the mistake of placing an online order 40 minutes away at this location since it was the last one I had ordered from. Upon realizing this, I immediately called and spoke with a very nice and helpful woman. She told me she would call her boss and see what we could do about a cancellation and refund as it wouldn’t be worth the 40 minute trip there just for the sandwich. She quickly called me back and let me know that her boss was on the way up there to void out my order and that my refund should be back on my card ASAP. The customer service was amazing and the fact that the boss drove up there on her off day to handle this for me was outstanding. They really didn’t even have to do anything as I am the one who made the mistake but they did and was so sweet about it. Thank yall...

Horrible customer service I legit was just in there at 7:50 and was greeted with a nasty attitude and was rushed to order and informed that they were closing at 8 and that I just made it before they closed! While my wife was ordering her food the lady put to much chicken on the sub and when my wife asked her to take some off she grab the meat with her hand and threw it back in the container. The sandwich tasted good. It was an outlaw sub footlong with what comes with by default. The problem is the amount of or portions of what goes on the sandwich. Why are you trying to feed people the tiniest portions on your sandwiches??! That outlaw was fit for a kindergartener not a grown adult. Who makes a steak sandwich with a little tiny scoop or daintily lines the sandwich with the meat portion??? Like here have some bread with a slight taste of meat.
