Ian's Oven Pizza — Restaurant in Hiram

Food, 10/10. Service, 10/10. Atmosphere, 9/10. Ordered a 14" pie with pepperoni and Italian sausage, and 12 wings in mild.

Experience: despite ordering 30 minutes before close on a Saturday, our food was incredible and the lady who rung me up was very polite. That tells me that no matter what time you go in, they're going to take care of you.

Food: the wings had plenty of sauce, were generously sized, and whatever they're putting in their ranch makes it absolutely addictive. The pizza crust had the perfect amount of sturdiness and flop, the toppings tasted top notch, and there was a generous amount of cheese and sauce. We could tell that the dough received proper love and attention by whoever was in the kitchen. The pizza was seasoned just enough to not take away from the flavor of the toppings.

After picking up our order, we weren't able to sit down and eat for another 30-ish minutes. Even after that long, the food still blew our minds. The pizza was slightly cold by that point (obviously) and yet all of those characteristics above still held true. My wife and I were astounded at how good the food still was after sitting for half-an-hour.

Only reason for the 9/10 was I'm not a personal fan of the all-white millennial-esque magnolia interior design language that they had going on at the front. But my goodness was it spotless and tidy! Shows they really go to a lot of effort when it comes to cleanliness, which usually translates into cleanliness of the kitchen as well.

We will definitely be going back, there's something special about this place. We're excited to try more...

I hardly ever leave bad reviews. Even when the service is bad. I leave a bad review when the service is bad AND the company acts like my unhappiness with their service isn't a big deal and doesn't effect them. I would give them zero stars if I could. We ordered our pizza before 7 pm this evening. We ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with mushrooms on half. When I opened the box it was a 4 cheese pizza with mushrooms on half. Ugh. Gross. Yellow cheese on pizza. So we called. The girl who took our order apologized and said the MANAGER was out on delivery. Okay...so who's managing the store? No one, apparently. Also the manager apparently doesn't have a cell phone. 3 calls and 1 hour later the manager says if we want a new pizza it will be another 40 minutes. 3 hours to wait for dinner?! No way! If you mess something up you fix it right away. Also...managers shouldn't be running delivery...ever. You're there to manage the store. Hire someone. So we asked for a refund. Hopefully we actually get one because I don't want another dollar of my money to go to...

Pizza is very decent for the money, but the wings literally taste like they've been thrown into grease and fried with no preparation. When I complained to the cashier the first time, I may as well have talked to a brick wall. Her response was, "We have lemon pepper and BBQ sauce." mind you I ordered buffalo wings Smdh...She didn't comprehend that I was expressing THE WINGS HAVE NO FLAVOR, all that I taste was BLAND wings drenched in buffalo sauce....Not at all worthy of my taste buds! if you like really flavorful wings this isn't the place! Btw: The cashier gave me some ridiculous excuse about refunding my money. She said, " if we refunded everyone who isn't satisfied with their food then we wouldn't make any!" .....Thorough customer service obviously isn't valued here! It took forever to get my money back! Oh and the manager barely speaks English and certainly NOT Italian for that matter! Its actually hysterical the customer service! I don't think I'll be back again.
