I've visited this location repeatedly over the past few years and have never experienced an issue until today, Sunday, September 15th. I ordered a medium hot coffee and wanted to order a doughnut, however, because I happened to watch several flies ice skating on top of the selection, I decided against it. The cashier was apparently new, as he tried to convince me that the large coffee he gave me was their medium. No problem, mistakes are common by new employees and I wasn't bothered so I politely informed him that what he had given me was a large instead of the medium. He persisted in telling me it wasn't until he pulled a medium cup and sat it next to the large one. Okay, still not a problem, so I then watched him take my receipt and throw it into the trash as I was asking for it. He dug it out of the trash bag telling me that it he had put it to the side on the counter for storage; I told him that it seemed like he put it in the trash to me. Finding a place to sit down was difficult as ALL of the tables and the floor underneath them were littered with food, condiments, and coffee stains. I had to clean a spot off with napkins just so I could sit down and write this review. The part that really kills it...except for me, the store is empty, yet NOT ONE SINGLE employee has come out to clean the lobby; they're all standing around the counter and the back talking loudly and inappropriately with a customer present, laughing, joking; everything EXCEPT cleaning. I've been in here for about 20 minutes now...and nothing...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI go to Dunkin almost daily, but this location is by far the worst unless Ashley is working. First, we had to keep repeating our order to the lady. I had to wait almost a total of 20 mins (and went threw the drive-thur). So finally after waiting about 7-10 mins (pulled up) I went in to see what the hold up was and they forgot they even pulled us up, didn't even know what we ordered and then didn't even mention at the window there was a problem with the espresso machine (we ordered 2 caramel lattes). It was a complete mess in there along with poor staff. I can understand being busy and having troubles with the machines but this was ridiculous. Then was asked to wait so they could reboot the machine, so I did, and then there was still issues and the girl didn't even know what to press after resetting the machine. So I told her we would just like out $ back. Then, I was asked if she could keep the receipt, I said no and walked off. I'm usually one not to complain but that truly was horrible service. I understand stuff happens and working in customer service is not always easy but what if I would of never came in to see what was going on?? How long would I have waited? FYI you guys need to learn how to work together better and communicate to the customers when there are issues with...

I have never written a review in my life but after I just left this is bulls**t .... I ordered a few things and the kid told me to go park. Ok no big deal. So I park and wait for ten mins while person after person that came after me get there food and drink and whatever... so I try calling 3x ... no answer . I would've went inside but the whole point of going thru drive thru was cuz I was still in my pjs and not dressed to go inside ... so I go thru drive thru again I barely get a "sorry" which definitely wasn't sincere and I as like why?? And like oh I looked for your car .... bull cuz I was the only little silver car there and was right across from her... she didn't instantly notice me so just went back inside .... yeah I will NEVER return here .... there's to many other locations to deal with this level of unprofessionalism ... it's really quite sad and I hope...
