Wendy's — Restaurant in Hobart Township

Went in today Jan 5 2024 5 girls standing at register arguing back and forth over counter with staff about a boy the night manager behind the whole thing instigating customers coming in waiting 15 minutes to place order manager tell the girls go sit down she know them one look like her daughter they yelling screaming about a boy one of them want to sleep with loud to many of them in the way of customers trying to order instead of manager telling them to leave she tell them loudly go sit down she goes over to then talking instigating there behavior meanwhile customers waiting 20 mins for there cashiers saying no one is making burgers I ask the manager what’s going on she calling police on a man the was recording the drama called police on the man instead of the teenager girls 7 police come I’m still waiting on my food she telling police he recording young girls when he was recording the drama I told police that and that the should have been getting them girls outta of there they were the problem so manger finally come back now I’m just waiting for frosty she go to order after me I asked her for frostys she say I’m working on another order like what so she tell cashiers give her her frostys so she can go what I tell her this is a business where people spend money to get they food an go she needs to be fired she has teenagers in there keeping up drama an encouraging they behavior she knows them she should have asked them to leave an took care of customers I finally get my food go to car police cars got me blocked in from her calling them on the customer that was just recording the drama that she was allowing omg worst ever that manager needs to be removed tooo to much going on in there omg the manager lady was behind it all not caring about the customers just the drama being rude to customers waiting 20mins just asking...

I was debating on making this review because i really hate to be that way but tonight i had enough.. i ordered my food on doordash, which before anyone says anything it was not my dashers fault, I was on the phone with my dasher when the MANAGER says someone had already picked up my order which is impossible because it was only assigned to that dasher... i called the store and told them the same thing, it was only assigned to her and her only can you please just give my dasher the food and the Manager got very rude and disrespectful about the Situation. I explained again that the dasher there to pick up was the only one that was assigned to the order... The manager then got loud on the phone and said, im not remaking the food, i cant help you contact doordash... and i said but no one else was ever assigned to it.... she screamed CALL DOORDASH not me, and hung up on me... Now I then cancelled the order and re ordered.... the same dasher who i was on the phone with got assigned to it. she was in the drive thru line the whole time. Witnessed this Manager yelling at the customer in front of her, and then when it was her turn she said she had a doordash for me, the manager yelled on the Intercom and said THATS BEEN PICKED UP and she said no she just replaced the order, and she said yeah it was picked up.. the dasher had to literally say to her ive been waiting in line this whole time.. only one person has been through here and placed an order, that is impossible, and the manager just said pull around.... WHY is the manager lying?? over some dumb food... i dont get it... HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Then once i received my order i was missing my chili, i had onions on my sandwich and i was missing my condiments for my potato, but dont worry they gave me every conditment under the sun for the chili...

Update one year later: After a year, decided to give Wendy's another try. BIG MISTAKE!!! My son ordered burgers with no lettuce and no tomato. He asked the woman, after he placed the order, did she get that he wanted it with no lettuce and no tomato. She assured him that was how she put in the order. He asks again at the window before he left. Again, he was assured that his burgers had no lettuce and no tomato. Got home and guess what? Sandwiches are smothered in lettuce and tomato. GEEZ!! How much intelligence does it take??? Never again with this place!!!

Sat in drive thru line for a good 15-20 minutes to get food for my son. Finally got disgusted and went to pick up my food elsewhere. Came back for son's food and went inside to order, since the line was still really long at drive thru. At least five workers (who were standing around) just looked at me and ignored me for 10 minutes. Then, the manager, who had been standing there just chit chatting, finally told another girl to go to the register. When I told her that I wanted one of the sauces they have put directly on the hamburger, she replied, "We can't do that." When I told her that we've gotten it that way every time we've gone there, she says nothing, just walks away. She goes over to the manager, I guess to get permission! I just said, "Just forget it." and left. Talk about ignorant! I've had several other issues with them, but this was the last straw. Will never go...
