I visited Seven Brew yesterday and ordered a mango smoothie through the drive-through. While the customer service was polite and friendly—which I appreciated—the product itself was unfortunately unacceptable. The smoothie I received was expired. This is a serious quality control issue, especially for a consumable product. Whether it was due to oversight or improper storage, serving expired items poses a health risk and reflects poorly on operational standards. I hope this feedback is taken constructively. I enjoy Seven Brew's service and atmosphere, but consistency and product safety must come first.
