Had a good experience the 1st time I went so I returned yesterday. It didn’t go well. Tech they gave me was not too experienced, tried to change my mind on what I wanted. Told me it wouldn’t look good all because he “didn’t” know how to do it. I offered to wait for another tech. I wasn’t being difficult or anything close to it, that’s not my style, all I asked for was the way my nails were done already, but instead of rose gold change the color to silver. The manager had to come over and place me with another tech. New tech I felt was not happy because she gave me what I was paying for. But then when my nails were done, she came over to check them which was nice of her. Then “she” tells me the way I explained it was confusing! WTH! Terrible terrible terrible! Nothing good to say. I called for my wife who is deaf and made an appointment. When we arrived, they were not expecting us. The Mani/Pedi took 2hrs 15 mins. They didn't do the pedicure which was requested and charged $20 more for that. They did a complete amateur job on the nails. The French tips were not shaped right and are super thick on the ends. They were not painted correctly to cover the tips where sun wouldn't shine through the nails. The white polish had rough edges it's still all over her fingers. It's obvious they just don't care about doing a decent job, much less a good job; or great job. $124.50 and my wife says "the most I've paid and the worst job". I went the day before Thanksgiving thinking i was going to get my nails & toes done but when i got there and the lady started on them everything was going fine till she messed up she didn't know how to do ombre nails so i changed the design n she still could not do it i started getting very frustrated so i picked something basic n my nails were short she did it but by the time she finished I had been there for 3 hours n they were about to close so the manager mike walks to me n says they couldn't do my toes but if i go back it'd be free I said ok paid them and left i call today to see if i could get my toes done finally and mike the manager changed his mind n said no that id have to pay never go back to that place again a big waste of...
