Wienerschnitzel — Restaurant in Hobbs

They need to do a better job training their employees. Mostly their cashiers. This girl, (had no name tag so can't really say who she was) had no idea what she was doing and was getting irritated with ME because I had more to order. As soon as I ordered my first item, she was confused and she clearly had no idea what she was doing and was being rude with me because I wasn't done ordering. Mind you, I was being nice the whole time. I was being patient with her. I'm not one to have an attitude with someone taking my order even if they're rude because I understand that the job can be frustrating. But if your cashier doesn't know what they're doing, doesn't even know what's on the menu at that, then train them more before you put them on the register alone. Don't have them struggling on the register during a dinner time rush. Over here getting annoyed with me because I'm not done ordering and you don't know how to do your job. And to top it off, the food was trash. Soggy hot dogs, burnt mini corn dogs and cold...

Well ver surprised today. I always go to this place and I'm aware there very young ppl working never encountered bad additude. I did have allergies so everything sounded muffled on the drive thru i said yes to everything. One thing I did specify that i needed was to separate that one order in two bags. So i went to the window and i said sorry I couldn't make out what you were asking so i said yes to every choice you'd ask my ears are like plugged. So i assumed everything was fine. We giggled she said she had allergies too. When she brought me the order it was all in one bag. So i said o remember I asked for it to be separated her facial expression just changed and her body language was switched she took my bag took the chili dogs out the bag and not threw them but like careless she switched the food to two order and walking over to the window like if she was saying it under her breath remember we have to be nice and respectful but very petty and in an honory snobby way. This happened today at about 10:55...

I only gave it one star because we have to leave a rating.. I ordered 2 all beef dogs with mustard and onions. I had to repeat myself at the speaker and again at the window. We still ended up paying for 2 chili cheese dogs and he's allergic to cheese.. It's so frustrating to have to drive all the way back when they could have just made it right...How hard can it be?? We will not be going back. I called them and asked to speak to the manager. The girl said I am the manager and proceeded to say Oh I thought you said chili cheese...Sorry. Do you want to come back? Needless to say I wish corporate would screen the young ones more closely. So tired of all the mess ups!!...
