The 1 is because you have to pick something to leave a review. The night of the 4th of July my family and myself visited this establishment. They took our order pretty fast and the girl was friendly. At the time of our arrival 6:45pm there 5 people working, or that I could see at the time. After 20 minutes of waiting for our food I noticed that there was only 2 people behind the counter. My husband is pretty pissed at this time and steps outside, that's where he found the other 3. They were standing in front of a white 4 door car passing a joint around. As my husband is returning back inside, we start getting our food. Somehow they missed his food all together. He didn't get his burger or fries and my son didn't get his shake. I head to the counter and tell them. The one young man seemed lost to what I was saying. I ask where all his help was and he says I don't know what happened to them. We sit for about 10 more minutes and they bring him his burger but no fries. Again I headed to the counter and the young man said I will get that. My husband food wasn't right but he consumed it anyways because he didn't want to wait again. There were 2 more people that took their food back in the time we were there. No apology or anything, just I get that. As we are about to leave the other 3 magically appeared ( high as a freaking kite) Guys, I was appalled by our service! I have always loved burger king over any other fast food burger but this one has hurt my feelings. If you go, Good luck and I hope it turns out better than my visit. We ended up finally getting all our food at 7:30. 45 minutes to get fast...

I have lived in Hobbs for 40 years and since i can remember BK has always had bad customer service. That is why I stopped going back in the late 90s. Since then I have only been there no more then 5 times and times I have gone, it was obvious things have not changed. Staff is always rude. Cant take an order for the life of them...tossing attitudes at you. Managers have always been half a$$ with dealing with unhappy customers. I have NEVER encountered a professional, well-kept employee there. The seating area isn't bad for the most part but the play area??...do you really wanna know? There is soo much grime on the play area..you can literally see the layers of dirt and boogers and sweat from the children that have played throughout the years. It needs to be stripped and given a good scrub and cleaning!! Sanitizing!!...maybe even sand blasted at his point. Put them workers to use so they don't have time to run to the restroom in the play area to get high. And another thing...we all know we always get our orders wrong so when ever you are ordering from drive thru, make sure you order the opposite of what you want so you can.... "HAVE...
