Rent-A-Center — Local services in Hobbs

First time being a RAC customer at the Grimes location in Hobbs and the sale process ran smoothly. I was well taken care of, but then they said they would deliver my new fridge the same day during their latest delivery run, so I went home, cleaned out my old fridge, and put it in the garage so that when the new fridge came, everything would be ready. Well they never showed. I also called the store and was told they were running late because the corporate guys (or other bigger managers from the area) had been there during the day so the delivery guy started late but that for sure I would get my delivery today (which was yesterday) and if anything changed, they would call me. No one ever called and no one ever showed up and I called again and the store was already closed. Very...

Got a refrigerator because we were in a bind. Never work right from the time they delivered it. We ask if we could exchange it for a different one and was told that we could but wouldn't get any credit from what we had paid towards a different one, we'd have to start over on payments. Every time you call to make a payment over the phone expect to be put on hold for at least 10...

I bought a washer from them and the guy that came was awesome. He hooked it up for me made sure it worked. He was a gentleman when he came. When I called the store the lady I Talked to was very helpful and got me a nice washer and they delivered earlier than what she said which was so nice since I had so much laundry to do.
