This place has great potential. The tea is really good (and fresh!) and the prices are decent. The location is pretty unfortunate - there is really only one way in and out of the lot that is manageable. But that's neither here nor there. My main issue is with the employees. Today I went in specifically because they were having a "2 gallons for $10" sale. I was under the impression it was a franchise-wide sale that would last until Easter. I am a member of the rewards program, so I'm aware that if you normally have a free rewards gallon or whatever, you do have to let them know, so they can scan it. But this is a sale - not the same thing. So I requested my 2 gallons of tea and saw her ring them up, expecting that at any moment the discount would kick in. We handed over the payment - I'm still expecting the discount. She swiped the card, and I finally asked if the discount would ever be applied. Then she told me it was something we "had to ask for." By that point the order had gone through. Granted, it was only a few dollars we would have saved, but I feel that this is a little shady. There is NO reason they cannot just give customers the advertised sale price without them having to ASK. I was not impressed. Also, in the past, I have opted to get a receipt instead of giving them my phone number in advance, and by the time I've gotten to the car to scan my receipt, the points had "already been redeemed," which leads me to believe that the employee who checked me out actually just stole the rewards points. I like the tea, but the service is getting worse and worse. It's nice if you have to pick up a quick gallon to take to a party or something, but overall, you might be better off making tea at home. At the least, don't expect total honesty about deals...

I donāt mind the cherries being missed up but I donāt appreciate the rudeness from her and the customer service to the fact that she didnāt hand it to us when we clearly asked and paid for it and she was distracted the whole tome laughing around with the...
