Went to eat for Mother’s Day, wish we went somewhere else. It was $35 for me , my 8 yr old and his dad. For a buffet that’s ok.. but the buffet was literally empty. Hardly any pizza to choose from, no sweets, sauces completely empty, majority of trays empty. There was one other family there not including us. So it wasn’t because they were swamped. Just lazy. Then after we were there for about a half hour, they started taking the food to the back and turning the heat racks off. We literally hadn’t even got to eat because we were waiting for new food to be brought out the whole time.
$35 and we had a total of 3 slices of pizza, and 2 salads and some bread sticks. We could have ordered an entire pizza for half the price somewhere else.
Games WAY overpriced, none of the games were printing out tickets. We won 2000 tickets by hitting the jackpot on quarter machine, so after spending $40 on games you’d think my son could get a nice prize, nope. Not even enough for a stuffed animal that cost $1 at the store.
Overall it was just a really bad experience. I told my husband, we can go again for the arcade but we’ll eat...
Read moreAfter going here for over 20 years. I never thought I would receive the worst experience at this place until tonight. Although the food was good as always. It made me pretty upset that while I was too busy with my kids at home I order take out and had my father pick it up. He wasn’t given the pint of ranch (MINE & MY KIDS FAVORITE), while he picked up my order. I then called and was told to go back and pick up my ranch. So I loaded all 4 of my kids in the cold weather back to big cheese. The worst part wasn’t until asking one of the younger workers that they had forgot it and one very young female worker who had the worst response “I didn’t forget nothing” very rudely meanwhile the manager was watching the whole thing while eating behind the front counter. The manager couldn’t even address the situation or simply give an apology. It truly made me aware of just how much this place I’ve always loved to go to has fallen off from the great Customer service and satisfaction that everyone and their family loved so much at big...
Read moreI guess it’s only good food & service if you go in person. We came to town, ordered delivery, it took over an hour & a half to receive some cold Stromboli, salads that were wrong, bbq with no sauce, and a 32 oz tea that poured out in the bag. Over $85 worth of food. I called to let them know hoping to just get our orde remade and redelivered while it’s atleast a little warm but the manager herself was rude , hateful and hung up in my face when I agreed to just get a refund. I called back asked her if she really just did that and she replied with “you said give you a refund, what else is there left to say?” Ummm, a normal person would atleast offer an explanation or an apology about sending us food that wasn’t edible after an hour & a half wait and we still tipped. This use to be one of our favorite places to eat when we were in Hobbs, but now I’ll avoid it because the managers smart mouth would definitely trigger some old behaviors that I’m...
