KFC — Restaurant in Hobbs

If I could give this place no stars I would. I called at 10:30 this morning to place an order for (My boyfriends name) for 8:30pm. And I walked in and a female named Robin was at the cashier and I told her I was here for a pick up named (my boyfriends name) and she was saying the wrong names when I was making my self very clear and I corrected her more than 3 times about saying the name right and she was showing me attitude about the name while walking away to the office getting the paper the order was written on since this morning.. that apparently the night crew knew nothing about, so we got cold chicken and cold sides that I’m guessing that has been sitting out for hours, even though I called to place an order to avoid that situation from happening so we could’ve got fresh food, and while we were walking out Robin was being all rude and very unprofessional and she told us “bye” I did not appreciate her attitude or the amount of disrespect I was getting tonight. So they never have Xtra crispy chicken between 4.30&7.00 pm. Dinner time right? So this time I call, the lady said 30 minutes. I needed a 16 piece meal. So 35 minutes later I'm going through the drive thru to place the order, can you park & we will bring it out. Then 10 minutes later I get the order. Get home and there's 13 pieces of chicken, smashed down into the bucket. What little crispy,was in the bottom of the bucket. The biscuits were also smashed to about an inch thick. Well I personally wouldn't give him a star at all after going through there tonight!!!! Waited for an hour and a half in the parking lot and then they come and said they don't have no chicken!!!!
