McDonald's — Restaurant in Hobbs

My Daughter, my 4 grandkids and I had went inside to eat before we headed back to Roswell N.M. Around 2:20 pm. on a Sunday the 18th, My Daughter had ordered 20 piece nuggets, 1 order basket of fries, 1 spicy Mc chicken, 1 large soda and 2 medium waters. My daughter had went and asked if we can get 3 more sauce for the nuggets since they only gave 3 for a 20 piece nuggets to share for the 4 kids. The Manager said it will be this price $0.29 each. My daughter made a comment to the manager why would you give out free cups instead of giving out free sauces for a 20 piece nuggets when 3 sauces isn't enough for a 20 piece nuggets? So the manager made a comment stating it's not my fault that you can't afford it!! Of course my daughter did say I am an USA citizen I pay my taxes! We were asking for a bag and the other manager on duty gave us an attitude in front of my daughters children and handed the bag to my daughter in a very disrespectful way!! We bagged the food and left. We not visit this store...

Being from Texas, our McDonalds don't offer the Green Chili option on the menu. Whenever I visit a McDonalds in New Mexico I take advantage of this option.

This trip I opted to add the green chili to a hot and spicy sandwich. Was pretty spicy. I was actually surprised, because I've had many a green chili that were very mild, but the chopped green chili McDonalds was using had some red peppers in it as well and was not mild, but more medium to hot in spiciness. I also ordered the green chili cheeseburger. Overall my meal was a spicy one.

Service in the drive thru was prompt, fries were fresh out of the fryer. Was one of the few food places open near midnight in the area. We had been traveling on a road trip and arrived into town late at night and a few other places that showed as open were already closed.

I typically take the drive thru line because I will usually only come here for a quick bite. The food is good no matter how unhealthy. Its very cheap and you can easily spend less than 10 dollars for two people to get full. The service, however, is always on par or below. I rarely have a good experience when it comes to the service whether it be an error with my order, the amount of time it takes to get through the line (sometimes 45-60 minutes), the lack of politeness from the cashiers, or even merely the fact that I never see anybody smile. I understand that McDonald's is most likely not anyone's dream job, but it is still a restaurant establishment so if you want customers to return regularly then quality service and positive attitudes from the employees is...
