The good. The drive thru is lightening fast. If it is slow, it is usually slow customers. The chocolate cake is delicious, and usually a good sized portion. Servings are adequately sized, and fairly priced. The rice is good. The tacos are good. The guacamole is fresh.
The bad. Drive through speaker is often inaudible. It seems some of the employees don't put the microphone of the headset close enough to their face. The carrot cake used to be excellent! It now tastes like greasy cardboard. Cake is ALWAYS thrown into the bag, usually upside down, and the stuck to the top of its container. Salsa is hit and miss. Sometimes it is flavorful, sometimes it is watery, sometimes it is just too hot. The refried beans used to be good, but are now are the consistency of bean soup, and usually end up leaking out of the styrofoam container, and making a mess in the bottom of the bag. The queso used to be good, but is now the consistency of coffee creamer - very watery. The chips used to be good, but are now about as thick as a business card. Most of the "chips" are usually broken, and no way resemble a whole chip. If you actually get a whole chip, it is so thin it just breaks apart. Here's the biggest complaint. It is practically IMPOSSIBLE to get an order in the drive thru that is correct without something missing, even though you just paid for it two minutes ago Order sour cream - expect sour cream sauce. Order pico - expect salsa every time Order soft tacos - expect crispy Order a large a guacamole - expect a small one, or none at all. Always check your order at the drive thru window. Open each meal container; you never know what you might find. The attitude of many drive through employees are flippant and non-concerned. This pretty much goes for the management as well, but perhaps to a lesser degree.

Mom & I order off kids menu because larger orders are just an over abundance of food, to much for one person. Mom ordered the chicken enchilada plate with green sauce with rice and beans. Perfect for us both. The three dined in and brought mine home. Look i have to say it was good but maybe about 1:30 am something from our meal hit us hard with sharp, vicious stomach pain and diarrhea. No vomiting but we were both so dehydrated and in pain all day Wednesday. I tried not to move because when I did I'd have to jump up and run to bathroom by last night I was so weak as was my mom,who's 85, I'm 69. We were grounded couldn't get out of bed from dehydration. Sharp,stabbing pains but this morning it's better. Thank God. We compared our food and it was the same kid menu plate except mom's allergic to rice so she got extra pinto beans no rice. Brother and girlfriend ordered taco Tuesday specials but neither ate the beans. Neither of them were sick so it was bad chicken or bad beans This is second time this has happened to both of us. Idk but food should all be under different directions how to cook or keep cold or warm. I'm very torn on whether to eat there again and I'd bet there were alot of sick people on this date. Read moreAbout average for rosas nowadays and that's not so good if u were used to rosas in midland Odessa in 80s 90s. They were great with some of the best tamales made. Now the tamales are so expensive it's hard to afford them and why bother they are miniscule compared to what they used to be. The cheese enchiladas are good but cold. For breakfast chorizo the best but not much given in plate at this location. The potatoes are not tender and cold but rhis standard for rosas. Don't serve them if ur not going to finish cooking them. As for service here. I've gotten a couple friendlies in drive thru but usually get the unfriendly woman in morning rushing me through my order. This am she gave me drink followed immediately by gallon of tea but no credit card just my order. I went back and was treated like it was my fault. Same thing goes for male afternoon manager no customer etiquette. Put someone in the drive who treats the customer for what they are a customer.
