The location at the gas station is absolutely the worst location of Dunkin around and I'm an avid Dunkin user. I will never again place another order at this location and why should I? There is another one across town and many other locations. My husband and I like the sandwiches and I have ordered two orders of two sandwiches (4 all together) many times. This location has twice given me two sandwiches but charged me for 4. I have tried different ways to say my order to make sure that I get 4 sandwiches. The first time, I let it go. The second, discovering it when we got home, my husband wanted to eat his sandwich and did not want to get back in the car while the food was getting cold. So I ended up going back myself several hours later. The people there no longer had enough croissants to make two sandwiches and since I did not have my husband's credit card I agreed to have the cost of two sandwiches put on a gift card. I thought that they did that and they gave me the card with a receipt. Next week when I came in, they told me that the card is blank and has not been authorized. They told me that I should come back and speak with the manager who does not work on the week ends. They told me that I should have come back right away and told them about the missing sandwiches instead of waiting till I (or my husband) finish eating and drinking our breakfast. This is the last time. They got both of our coffees wrong this time too and literally told me to take my business elsewhere if I did not like it. Often they leave out the flavor I have asked for, or just give me the wrong coffee all together.
