Disappointed. I was debating what to have for lunch and was sitting not far from the new location. I had not seen anyone in or out of here for at least 5 maybe even 10 minutes. It is 12:30 and when I walk in nobody is a the front so I wait about 30 seconds and order a hot-n-ready thin crust. They don't have any and none even being prepared. So I order the extramostbestest pepperoni, again none available and none being made. Then I look over at the oven and there are 3 pizza boxes in there and 2 small boxes for cheese bread and the lunch size. That is it. At lunch time. 10 minutes of no customers and nothing being made and very little ready to go.
I don't know if it is a lack of customers so they don't plan on making much of they don't have much ready so they have a lack of customers. Either way I won't waste my time at this location again. Seems like it might be management issue that has led to this situation from other reviews that I...

Because you can't modify orders on your app I called your customer service and they said to cancel it and start a new order. I did that and received an email confirmation that I would get my refund in 10-12 business days. Well, the 12 business days passed, so I escalated it at least a dozen times. When I finally got confirmation that it was escalated, I got another note that it would be ANOTHER 10-12 days to receive my refund.
